M&A - Strategic

9/3/2015 Epic Health Services, Inc. acquired Option 1 Nutrition Solutions, LLC, dba Option 1 Healthcare Solutions, from Thompson Street Capital Partners. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Option 1 provides pediatric and adult home enteral nutrition therapy products and services for healthcare professionals, caregivers, and patients in the Western United States and is based out of Chandler, Arizona.    

9/3/2015 Molina Healthcare, Inc. (NYSE:MOH) agreed to acquire Providence Human Services, LLC and Providence Community Services, LLC from Providence Service Corp. (NasdaqGS:PRSC) for approximately $200.0 million. Providence Service Corp. provides and manages government sponsored non-emergency transportation services, human services, workforce development services, and health assessment services in the United States and Canada and is based out of Tucson, Arizona. Paul Hastings LLP served as legal advisor to Providence Service Corp.    

9/8/2015 Intersil Corporation (NasdaqGS:ISIL) acquired Great Wall Semiconductor, Inc. for $23.0 million. Intersil paid $19 million in cash and will pay an additional $4 million of earn-out. Great Wall Semiconductor manufactures semiconductor devices and is based in Tempe, Arizona.    

9/8/2015 GoDaddy Inc. (NYSE:GDDY) acquired the public cloud business from Apptix ASA (OB:APP) for $38.5 million. The consideration payable includes $21.1 million in cash at closing, $16 million of earn-out and $1.4 million of customer subscription refunds during 2015. GoDaddy focuses on the design and development of cloud-based technology products for small businesses and is based in Scottsdale, Arizona.    

9/9/2015 Flowers Foods Inc. agreed to acquire Alpine Valley Bread Company for $120.0 million in cash and stock. Alpine Valley Bread Company produces and distributes organic whole grain breads, private label breads, and buns and rolls, and is based out of Mesa, Arizona. Greenberg Traurig, LLP served as legal advisor to Alpine Valley Bread Company.

9/17/2015 Weststar Mortgage Corporation acquired a majority stake in Goldwater Bank. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Goldwater Bank offers personal and commercial banking services, and is based out of Scottsdale, Arizona.    

9/21/2015 HealthPort Incorporated and New Mountain Capital, LLC acquired Enterprise Consulting Solutions Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Enterprise Consulting Solutions provides medical record retrieval services in the United States and Puerto Rico and is based in Phoenix, Arizona.    

9/29/2015 LaserMasters LLC, dba LMI Solutions, purchased all the assets of Parts Now, LLC, a North American supplier of printer parts and related accessories. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. LMI is a certified manufacturer, distributor, and recycler of premium replacement toner cartridges, remanufactured printers, and related imaging supplies serving resellers through the US and Canada and is based in Phoenix, Arizona. Weiss Brown served as legal advisor to LMI Solutions.    

9/30/2015 Avnet Technology Solutions, Inc. agreed to acquire Orchestra Service GmbH. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Avnet Technology Solutions distributes computing solutions for healthcare, education, and government, and is based out of Tempe, Arizona.
