M&A - Strategic  

3/3/2017 Cache Valley Bank acquired Proficio Bank from NHB Holdings, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Cache Valley Bank provides banking products and services to small businesses, farmers, and residents of Utah and is based in Logan. Proficio Bank operates as a state-charted commercial bank that provides financial solutions to the corporate relocation industry and is based in Cottonwood Heights.    

3/13/2017 Transwestern General Agency, Inc. acquired TRU Office Advisors LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Transwestern General Agency operates as an independent general insurance agency and is based in Salt Lake City.    

3/15/2017 Midwest D-Vision Solutions acquired the Door and Hardware Division of Daw Construction Group, L.L.C. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Midwest D-Vision distributes architectural and building products and is based in Salt Lake City. The Door and Hardware Division of Daw Construction Group LLC comprises the door and hardware manufacturing unit of Daw Construction Group, a construction management solutions provider based in Draper.    

3/21/2017 COMPLETExRM, Inc. acquired Fanatic Software, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. COMPLETExRM provides enterprise customer relationship management (CRM) solutions for small and medium-sized businesses and is based in Salt Lake City.    

3/22/2017 Dynatronics Corporation (NasdaqCM:DYNT) agreed to acquire substantially all assets of Hausmann Industries, Inc. for $10.0 million. Dynatronics designs, manufactures, distributes, and markets physical medicine products in North America and is based in Cottonwood Heights. GoodSmith Gregg & Unruh is serving as legal advisor to Dynatronics.  

3/29/2017 Youngevity International, Inc. (OTCPK:YGYI) acquired BellaVita Group LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. BellaVita Group provides health and wellness products and is based in South Jordan.  

M&A - Financial

3/24/2017 Clearlake Capital Group, L.P. acquired NetVoyage Corporation. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. NetVoyage, doing business as NetDocuments, provides cloud-based document and email management solutions and is based in Lehi.  

Private Placements  

3/6/2017 Perfect Search Corp. announced that it will raise $6.6 million in a round of funding. Perfect Search provides enterprise search technology solutions and is based in Orem. As of 3/15/2017, the company received $0.1 million in the first tranche from two investors.    

3/6/2017 Bluegrass Vascular Technologies, Inc. announced that it has received a Series B round of equity funding from new investor Merit Medical Systems, Inc. (NasdaqGS:MMSI). The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Merit Medical Systems designs, develops, manufactures, and markets medical products for interventional and diagnostic procedures and is based in South Jordan.    

3/24/2017 Squatty Potty, LLC announced that it has received $16.0 million in a round of funding. The transaction included participation from three investors, including new investors Bevel Brands, Inc. and Sachs Capital. Squatty Potty designs and manufactures toilet stools and is based in St. George. Jones Waldo Holbrook & McDonough PC served as legal advisor to Squatty Potty.    

3/21/2017 Dynatronics Corporation (NasdaqCM:DYNT) announced that it has entered into a securities purchase agreement for a private placement for gross proceeds of $9.0 million. The transaction was led by existing investor Prettybrook Partners LLC and its affiliates. Dynatronics designs, manufactures, distributes, and markets physical medicine products in North America and is based in Cottonwood Heights. Durham Jones & Pinegar, P.C served as legal advisor to Dynatronics.    

3/22/2017 PrimaryData, Inc. announced that it will receive $22.0 million in funding. As of April 5, 2017, the company has received $17.0 million in its first tranche with participation from 16 investors. Primary Data offers data storage services and is based in Sandy.  

3/23/2017 Hit Labs, Inc. announced that it will receive $6.1 million in funding. Hit Labs develops and operates Picjoy, an intelligent organizing photo library application, and is based in Lehi. As of April 6, 2017, the company has received $4.9 million in its first tranche from 25 investors.
