3/19/2010 Rush Enterprises, Inc. (NasdaqGS: RUSH.B) entered into a definitive asset purchase agreement to acquire substantially all assets of Lake City International Trucks, Inc. from Edward S. Pace for $76.8 million in cash. Lake City Trucks retails commercial trucks and is based in Salt Lake City, Utah. Ray Quinney & Nebeker served as legal advisor to Lake City International Trucks.

3/23/2010 Turner Publishing Company acquired the publishing arm of Inc. (NasdaqGS: ACOM). operates as an online resource for family history for subscribers worldwide and is based in Provo, Utah.

M&A - Financial

3/23/2010 BAML Capital Partners acquired a majority stake in Provo Craft and Novelty, Inc. from Sorenson Capital. Provo Craft and Novelty manufactures and distributes craft, hobby, and education products for school projects and is headquartered in Spanish Fork, Utah.

3-31-2010 Compass Diversified Holdings (NasdaqGS: CODI), acquired Liberty Safe & Security Products, Inc. from National City Equity Partners, LLC and Catterton Partners. Liberty Safe & Security Products is based in Payson, Utah and manufactures and sells home, gun, office, and commercial safes in the United States.

Private Placements

3/5/2010 OrangeSoda, Inc. announced that it has raised an undisclosed amount of funding from Citysearch, Inc. The company has raised $7.5 million in funding previously. OrangeSoda, Inc. is based in American Fork, Utah and provides internet marketing services for small and medium-sized businesses.

3/13/2010 Nueva Esperanza signed an agreement to acquire a 49% stake in International Green N-ergy Corporation from Refill Energy, Inc. (OTCPK: REFG) for $10 million. International Green N-ergy Corporation is based in Woods Cross, Utah.
