9/9/2010 Alcal-Arcade Contracting, Inc. acquired most of the assets of Custom Foam Insealators LLC for an undisclosed amount. Based in Phoenix, Arizona, Custom Foam Insealators operates as an authorized licensed dealer for insulation systems and installs insulation systems in new construction and renovation projects for builders and homeowners.

9/9/2010 PracticeMax, Inc. acquired MediNomics, LLC for an undisclosed amount. Based in Scottsdale, Arizona, PracticeMax provides revenue cycle management and software services for medical practice management and clinical operations in the United States.

9/15/2010 Advanced Reimbursement Management, LLC acquired Hospital Inpatient Services for an undisclosed amount and changed its name to Adreima. Based in Phoenix, Arizona, Adreima provides eligibility and receivables management services for hospitals in the United States.

9/21/2010 Rural/Metro Corp. (NasdaqCM: RURL) signed a definitive agreement to acquire assets of Pridemark Paramedic Services, LLC for an undisclosed amount. Headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, Rural/Metro, together with its subsidiaries, provides medical ambulance response services in the United States.

9/26/2010 Virtual Radiologic Corporation (vRad) entered into a definitive agreement to acquire NightHawk Radiology Holdings, Inc. (NasdaqGM: NHWK) for approximately $170.0 million in cash. Under the terms of the transaction, Virtual Radiologic will pay $6.50 per share in cash as consideration. The deal is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2011. Based in Scottsdale, Arizona, NightHawk provides professional services, business services, and clinical workflow technology to radiology groups and hospitals in the United States. Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP is serving as legal advisor to Virtual Radiologic. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati is serving as legal advisor to NightHawk.

9/27/2010 VeriFone Systems, Inc (NYSE: PAY) made an offer to acquire Hypercom Corp. (NYSE: HYC) from Francisco Partners Management LLC and others for approximately $290.0 million in cash. The offer per share for the acquisition is $5.25. Based in Scottsdale, Arizona, Hypercom designs and sells electronic payment and transaction solutions, and value-added services at the point of transaction. Sullivan & Cromwell LLP is serving as legal advisor to VeriFone Systems. DLA Piper US LLP is serving as legal advisor to Hypercom.

9/29/2010 Diamondback Tactical, LLLP acquired the assets of First Choice Armor & Equipment, Inc. for an undisclosed amount. Diamondback Tactical manufactures and distributes law enforcement products and is headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona.

9/16/2010 B2Digital Inc. (OTCPK: BTDG) received an offer from a major investment group to be acquired for approximately $110.0 million in cash. Based in Mesa, Arizona, B2Digital provides in-room on-demand video entertainment and satellite services to the lodging industry in the United States.

9/28/2010 EGPI Firecreek Inc. (OTCBB: EFIR) announced an equity line facility with Dutchess Private Equities Fund II, LP, a fund managed by Dutchess Capital Management, LLC for gross proceeds of $50.0 million. EGPI Firecreek provides oil and gas production services and is based in Scottsdale, Arizona. The company was formerly known as Energy Producers, Inc.
