1/1/2011 GoEngineer, Inc. acquired Texas Engineering Systems, LP.  The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.  GoEngineer, Inc. offers software tools and services for product design teams and is based in Salt Lake City, Utah.  


1/4/2011 Printelligent Corporation acquired the printing and imaging group from DirectPointe, Inc.  The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.  Printelligent provides managed document solutions and is based in Salt Lake City, Utah.  


1/6/2011 EchoStar Technologies, LLC acquired the assets of Move Networks, Inc. from Steamboat Ventures, LLC and other investors.  The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.  Move Networks provides digital media publishing and delivery services and is headquartered in American Fork, Utah.    


1/10/2011 Ameristar Network Inc. (OTCPK: AMWK) agreed to acquire SecurDigital, Inc.   AmeriStar is engaged in the business of origination of non-bank mortgage loans and is based in St. George, Utah.     


1/12/2011 APX Alarm Security Solutions, Inc. acquired Meter Solutions.  The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.  APX provides residential security alarm systems in the United States and Canada, and is headquartered in Provo, Utah.    


1/12/2011 Lundin Mining Corporation (TSX: LUN) entered into an arrangement agreement to acquire Inmet Mining Corporation (TSX: IMN) from Leucadia National Corp. (NYSE: LUK), and other shareholders for $5.1 billion in stock.  Leucadia engages in manufacturing, telecommunications, contract oil and gas drilling, gaming entertainment, real estate activities, medical product development, and winery operations, and is based in Salt Lake City, Utah.    


1/19/2011 Hubbard Broadcasting, Inc. signed a definitive agreement to acquire 17 radio stations from Bonneville International Corporation for approximately $510 million in cash.  Bonneville International is engaged in broadcasting of audio programs and is based in Salt Lake City, Utah.      


1/26/2011 FleetPride, Inc. acquired assets of Gooch Brake & Equipment Co. from Page Brake Company. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.  Page Brake distributes heavy-duty truck parts for the commercial vehicle aftermarket and is headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah.

1/4/2011 Pamlico Capital acquired majority stake in Clear Link Technologies, LLC from its management team.  The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.  Clear Link provides online and offline marketing services and is based in Salt Lake City, Utah.
