11/01/2011 Derry Enterprises, Inc. agreed to acquire Fastening Solutions LLC from Duncan Bolt Co. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Fastening Solutions operates as a fastener distributor and is based in Phoenix, Arizona.

 

11/1/2011 Infusionsoft, Inc. acquired CustomerHub from Infused Systems. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Infusionsoft offers Web-based sales and marketing automation software for small businesses and is based in Gilbert, Arizona.

 

11/15/2011 Transpac Aviation Inc. acquired Mokulele Flight Services Inc. from Mesa Air Group, Inc. and Republic Airways Holdings Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. TransPac Aviation, an aviation academy, provides aviation training services and is based in Phoenix, Arizona.

 

11/16/2011 SXC Health Solutions, Inc. signed a definitive agreement to acquire HealthTran LLC from ABRY Partners, LLC and other shareholders for $250.0 million in cash. SXC Health Solutions provides healthcare transaction processing services and information technology solutions to the North American pharmaceutical industry and is based in Scottsdale, Arizona.

 

11/18/2011 Medicis Pharmaceutical Corp. (NYSE: MRX) agreed to acquire substantially all the assets of Graceway Pharmaceuticals, LLC from GTCR, LLC and other investors for $455.0 million. Medicis Pharmaceutical, a specialty pharmaceutical company, engages in the development and marketing of products for the treatment of dermatological and aesthetic conditions in the United States, Canada, and Europe and is based in Scottsdale, Arizona.

 

11/21/2011 Thermo Fluids, Inc. acquired Southwest Petroleum from Greg Marsh. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Southwest Petroleum Waste Management engages in the collecting and recycling used oil, oil byproducts, and spent antifreeze and is based in Glendale, Arizona. Thermo Fluids provides non-hazardous waste management services for businesses in the United States and is based in Phoenix, Arizona.

 

11/22/2011 Machine Solutions, Inc. was acquired by Forsyth Capital Investors, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Machine Solutions, Inc. manufactures and supplies process and testing equipment for catheter processing and testing applications and is based in Flagstaff, Arizona. Columbia West Capital, LLC served as the exclusive financial advisor to Machine Solutions. Snell & Wilmer L.L.P. served as legal advisor to Machine Solutions. Thompson Coburn LLP served as legal advisor to Forsyth Capital.

 

11/28/2011 Ansell Ltd. (ASX: ANN) acquired a minority stake in Yulex Corporation. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Yulex develops and commercializes guayule-based natural rubber emulsions for a range of markets and applications and is based in Maricopa, Arizona.

 

11/30/2011 ClearDATA Networks, Inc. acquired Health Care Compliance Association. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. ClearDATA Networks provides on-demand storage management and image archiving, HIPAA compliant hosting, and cloud computing enablement solutions for healthcare organizations to meet corporate governance and federal mandates and is based in Phoenix, Arizona.
