Guy Downing, Managing Director  

Mr. Downing has fifteen years of investment banking and financial advisory experience, including nearly a decade of major-market investment banking experience at CIBC World Markets and BT. Alex Brown. He has successfully
executed more than 60 transactions representing a total value in excess of $25 billion, including M&A advisory assignments, strategic financial advisory, IPO's, Equity Offerings, Debt Restructurings, Syndicated Bank Loans, High Yield Debt Offerings, and Investment-Grade Debt Offerings. Mr. Downing holds a B.S. in Finance from Arizona State University and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.


Kevin Fechtmeyer, Managing Director  

Mr. Fechtmeyer has an extenisve background in Investment Banking and Private Equity, including co- founding and managing some of the leading private placement and private equity groups on Wall Street. Mr. Fechtmeyer is
currently President of Cave Creek Capital Management, a Private Equity Fund which invests up to $10 million per transaction in both majority and minority positions. Mr. Fechtmeyer's experience was gained in over 15 years and over $1 billion in managed transactions with The Shattan Group, Prudential Securities, Inc., Kidder, Peabody & Co., Inc and Merrill Lynch. Mr. Fechtmeyer has a degree in Accounting and Entrepreneurship from the University of Arizona and an MBA from the Columbia Graduate School of Business.

Kaley Parkinson, Managing Director  

Mr. Parkinson has over twenty years of senior management experience as a CEO or CFO in high growth companies. During his career, he has successfully raised eight rounds of venture capital funding, numerous bank and leasing
financings, US and Canadian government fundings and public issuances. Among other companies, he was a co-founder and CFO of Zylin Corp. He grew Zylin to 120 employees and more than $15 million in revenue then negotiated the sale of the company to Varian Associates, a NYSE company. Mr. Parkinson holds a BA from Stanford University and an MBA from the Columbia Graduate School of Business.
