10.13.11 Sixth Annual Southwest CEO Summit


The sixth annual Southwest CEO Summit was held Thursday, October 13, 2011 at the Royal Palms Resort and Spa in Phoenix, Arizona.  In attendance were more than 140 top-level executives from leading private and public companies throughout the Southwest.  The Summit featured three segments beginning with a panel entitled "Private Equity – What's its Role, Does it Matter?"  The panelists included Patrick Healy of C3 Capital, Jeremy Holland of The Riverside Company, and Tim Layton of Sorenson Capital.  The second segment was an economic outlook entitled "It's Still Darn Difficult, What's Next?", which was presented by Mary Ann Bartels, Managing Director and Head of Technical & Market Analysis at BofA Merrill Lynch Global Research.  The final segment was entitled "Luke Air Force Base and Phoenix, a Partnership", which featured Brigadier General Jerry D. Harris, Jr., Commander, 56th Fighter Wing, Luke Air Force Base, Arizona.  The Summit culminated with a sunset networking reception in the beautiful courtyard at Royal Palms.
