1/3/2013 PRV Aerospace, LLC acquired Astro Spar, Inc. for an undisclosed amount. PRV Aerospace supplies components, subassemblies, assemblies, and repair and overhaul services to original equipment manufacturers of aircraft, aero-structures, aero-equipment, and other defense platforms and is based in Everett, Washington. Astro Spar produces and supplies structural parts to the domestic and international aerospace industry and is based in City of Industry, California. 

1/8/2013 Rectrix Commercial Aviation Services, Inc. acquired AirFlyte, Inc.for an undisclosed amount. Rectrix Commercial Aviation is a private jet charter service based in Bedford, Massachusetts. AirFlyte provides aircraft maintenance services to the private aviation industry and is based in Westfield, Massachusetts. 

1/15/2013 Ontic Engineering and Manufacturing, Inc. acquired Zodiac Oxygen Systems from Zodiac Aerospace (ENXTPA:ZC). The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Ontic manufactures and supports OEM-pedigree parts and accessories for aviation and is based in Chatsworth, California. Zodiac manufactures oxygen systems and equipment for civil and military aircraft and is headquartered in Plaisir, France. 

1/22/2013 Cimarron Software Services, Inc. acquired DCI Services and Consulting, Inc. for an undisclosed amount. Cimarron Software Services provides software engineering and systems integration services to government agencies and private-sector organizations and is based in Houston, Texas. DCI Services and Consulting provides systems engineering and integration and strategic lifecycle solutions for aerospace systems engineering applications and is based in Webster, Texas. 

1/23/2013 Greenwich AeroGroup, Inc. acquired Aero Precision Industries, Inc. for an undisclosed amount. Greenwich AeroGroup provides general, commercial, and military aircraft services and is based in Greenwich, Connecticut. Aero Precision Industries provides original equipment manufacturer spares, repairs, upgrades, and modifications for military aircraft operators and is based in Livermore, California. Foley & Lardner served as legal advisor for Aero Precision, and Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman served as legal advisor for Greenwich AeroGroup. 

1/28/2013 Monogram Aerospace Fasteners, Inc. acquired Martinic Engineering, Inc. for $19.0 million. Monogram manufactures and supplies fasteners for the aerospace industry and is based in Los Angeles, California. Martinic manufactures precision machined parts for commercial and military aerospace applications and is based in Stanton, California. 

1/31/2013 Dynamic Precision Group, Inc. acquired Paradigm Precision Holdings LLC from American Capital, Ltd. (NasdaqGS:ACAS) for $130.0 million. Dynamic Precision Group is specialized in the fabrication and assembly of gas turbine engine parts and is based in Stuart, Florida. Paradigm Precision Holdings LLC manufactures machined components for the aerospace, land based power generation, and marine markets and is based in Tempe, Arizona. Latham & Watkins LLP served as legal advisor to Dynamic Precision Group. 

1/31/2013 DigitalGlobe, Inc. (NYSE:DGI) acquired GeoEye, Inc. (NasdaqGS:GEOY) for $900.0 million. DigitalGlobe provides commercial earth imagery products and services and is based in Longmont, Colorado. GeoEye provides geospatial information and insight for decision makers and analysts worldwide and is based in Herndon, Virginia. Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, L.L.P. served as legal advisor to DigitalGlobe, and Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP served as legal advisor to GeoEye. 

2/25/2013 The O'Gara Group, Inc. acquired BAE Systems Commercial Armored Vehicles LLC for $10.0 million. The O'Gara Group provides security, safety, and defense products and services and is based in Cincinnati, Ohio. BAE Systems Commercial Armored Vehicles designs and integrates armour systems for military and commercial vehicles and is based Fairfield, Ohio. 

2/28/2013 W.H. Smith Hardware Company acquired LaBarge Products, Inc.for an undisclosed amount. W.H. Smith Hardware Company produces fluid handling equipment and load securing hardware for military applications and is based in Parkersburg, West Virginia. LaBarge Products manufactures fluid distribution systems, storage systems, specialty vehicles, platforms, and components for the military and is based in St. Louis, Missouri. 

3/1/2013 Turbine Controls, Inc. acquired World Aircraft Accessories Inc. for an undisclosed amount. Turbine Controls engages in the overhaul and repair of components and accessories for commercial, military, industrial, and airframe applications and is based in Bloomfield, Connecticut. World Aircraft Accessories engages in engineering, leasing, and repairing commercial aircraft and engines and is based in Miramar, Florida. 

3/18/2013 Triumph Aerospace Systems Group LLC acquired Goodrich Pump & Engine Control Systems, Inc. for an undisclosed amount. Triumph Aerospace Systems Group engages in the design, development, manufacture, repair, sale, and life cycle support of metallic structural assemblies and is based in Wayne, Pennsylvania. Goodrich Pump & Engine Control Systems designs, develops, manufactures, and sells fuel pumps and controls to OEM engine manufacturers and is based in West Hartford, Connecticut. Ballard Spahr LLP served as legal advisor to Triumph Aerospace Systems Group. 

3/26/2013 Safran SA (ENXTPA:SAF) acquired Goodrich Electric Power Systems from Goodrich Corp. for $404.2 million. Safran SA engages in the aerospace, defense, and security businesses worldwide and is based in Paris, France. Goodrich Electric Power Systems manufactures and distributes aircraft electrical generators and power distribution systems and is based in Twinsburg, Ohio. TAJ acted as legal advisor to Safran SA.

3/20/2013 Resilience Capital Partners LLC acquired Aerospace Products International for an undisclosed amount. Resilience Capital Partners is a private equity firm based in Cleveland, Ohio. Aerospace Products International distributes aircraft parts and accessories and is based in Memphis, Tennessee. Jones Day served as legal advisor to Resilience Capital Partners.

1/2/2013 Nanosatisfi LLC received an undisclosed amount of funding from new investor Beamonte Investments, Inc. Nanosatisfi develops nano satellite infrastructure and user definable data collection capabilities to access space and is based in Loretto, Pennsylvania. Beamonte Capital Partners is the private equity arm of Beamonte Investments, Inc. and is based in Boston, Massachusetts. 

2/19/2013 Intrepid Aviation Management, LLC received $400.0 million in funding from Centerbridge Partners, L.P. and Reservoir Capital Group. Intrepid Aviation Group Holdings is a commercial aircraft lessor and is based in Stamford, Connecticut. Centerbridge Partners is a private equity firm based in New York, New York and Reservoir Capital Group is a privately owned hedge fund sponsor also based in New York, New York.
