7/11/2019 TRC Companies, Inc. acquired the Testing and Commissioning Field Services Division from EC Source Services, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. 7/29/2019 Cavco Industries, Inc. (NasdaqGS:CVCO) agreed to acquire substantially all of the assets and liabilities of Destiny Industries, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Cavco designs, produces, and retails manufactured homes and is based in Phoenix.
7/31/2019 The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated (NasdaqGS:CAKE) entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Fox Restaurant Concepts LLC (FRC) and the remaining interest in North Italia for approximately $353.0 million. FRC owns and operates a chain of restaurants in the United States and is based in Phoenix.

7/16/2019 iCrx, Inc. announced that it has received funding from UAVenture Capital, LLC. iCrx is an automatic eyeglass prescription technology startup. UAVenture Capital is a venture capital fund designed to commercialize University of Arizona Science, Technology, Services and Products and is based in Tucson.
7/30/2019 Electronic Design & Development Corporation (ED2 Corp.) announced that it has received a Series A round of funding from DVI Equity Partners, LLC and other investors. ED2 Corp. designs and manufactures marine radio wireless devices and solutions and is based in Tucson. DVI Equity Partners is a venture capital firm based in Tucson.
