Honeywell Aerospace manufactures and supplies aircraft components, avionics, engines, and systems for airframe manufacturing, commercial airline, military and defense, business aviation, and space markets, as well as other markets in the aerospace industry, and is based in Phoenix. 10/28/2020 SunMed, LLC agreed to acquire Westmed, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Westmed designs, manufactures, and markets disposable medical devices for anesthesia and respiratory professionals and is based in Tucson.
10/29/2020 Integrity Marketing Group, LLC acquired Western Asset Protection, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Western Asset Protection provides insurance brokerage services and is based in Phoenix.
10/29/2020 Syndigo LLC acquired Attribytes, Inc. from Canal Partners, LLC and Tallwave Capital. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Attribytes is a Software as a Service (SaaS) company that connects food service and retail companies within a cloud-based platform to grow sales by collaboratively cleaning, enhancing, and sharing data and is based in Chandler. 10/5/2020 GrubMarket, Inc. announced that it has received $60.0 million in a round of funding from Trinity Capital Investment, LLC and other investors. Trinity Capital is a private equity and venture capital firm based in Chandler.
10/7/2020 NeoLight, LLC announced that it will receive $15.0 million in funding. As of 10/27/2020, the company has received $7.0 million in its first tranche from 12 investors. NeoLight designs medical equipment for eradication of preventable infant medical conditions such as jaundice and hypothermia and is based in Scottsdale.
10/9/2020 EmergeTech, LLC, formerly known as Vantage Freight, LLC, announced that it will receive $10.0 million in a round of funding. As of 10/15/2020, the company received $5.1 million in its first tranche from one investor. EmergeTech offers freight brokerage services and is based in Scottsdale.

10/27/2020 Kaden Health, Inc. announced that it has received an equity round of funding from new investor Magellan Health, Inc. (NasdaqGS:MGLN). Magellan provides healthcare management services and is based in Phoenix.
10/30/2020 NexMetro Partners 2020, LP announced that it will receive $6.1 million in funding. The transaction closed on 11/9/2020 and included participation from 12 investors. NexMetro builds leased–living neighborhoods in the Sunbelt region and is based in Phoenix.
10/31/2020 Cyber Reconnaissance, Inc. announced that it has received $11.0 million in its Series A round of funding. Cyber Reconnaissance operates as a predictive cyber security company and is based in Tempe.
