11/5/2020 AmeriLife Group, LLC acquired Forward Strategies Insurance Brokerage LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Forward Strategies is an insurance agency that markets annuities, life insurance, long-term care, and hybrid products and is based in Tucson.

11/10/2020 IEWC Corp. acquired Jupiter Communications, L.L.C. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Jupiter distributes and markets telecommunications equipment and is based in Gilbert.

11/12/2020 ManTech International Corporation (NasdaqGS:MANT) acquired Minerva Engineering, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Minerva is engaged in the systems and software engineering, information assurance and trust engineering, cyber operations, and cryptographic systems businesses and is based in Mesa. Morrison & Foerster LLP served as legal advisor to Minerva.

11/12/2020 Executech Utah, Inc. acquired USPCNet, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. USPCNet provides IT support services for small and medium sized businesses and is based in Tempe.

11/12/2020 Sony Pictures Digital Productions Inc. agreed to acquire Pure Flix Entertainment LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Pure Flix manufactures, sells, and distributes family and faith-based film properties and is based in Scottsdale.

11/12/2020 Becton, Dickinson and Company (NYSE:BDX) acquired the Medical Business assets of CUBEX LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. CUBEX develops cloud-based software that offers health care automation and business intelligence solutions and is based in Phoenix.

11/13/2020 Alpine 4 Technologies, Ltd. (OTCPK:ALPP) agreed to acquire Impossible Aerospace Corp. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Alpine 4 Technologies, a technology holding company, provides electronic contract manufacturing solutions and is based in Phoenix. Kirton & McConkie, PC is serving as legal advisor to Alpine 4.

11/16/2020 Sunstate Equipment Co., LLC agreed to acquire Cascade Shoring LLC and Cascade Trench Safety LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Sunstate provides construction equipment and machinery rental services to construction, industrial, and special event companies and is based in Phoenix.

11/16/2020 Off Madison Ave acquired Fineman PR. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Off Madison Ave is a behavioral marketing and communications firm based in Phoenix.

11/17/2020 HomeServe USA Corp. acquired Arizona's Dukes of Air, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Arizona's Dukes of Air provides residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system repair and maintenance services and is based in Mesa.

11/19/2020 Aquafil S.p.A. (BIT:ECNL) agreed to acquire Planet Recycling Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Planet Recycling provides recycling services for residential, commercial carpet waste, and carpet pad materials and is based in Phoenix.

11/20/2020 Global Water Resources, Inc. (NasdaqGM:GWRS) acquired Francesca Water Company. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. 11/30/2020 Signant Health acquired VirTrial, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. VirTrial, a telemedicine company, develops an application that provides a virtual care management (VCM) platform for the clinical trial industry and is based in Scottsdale.

11/10/2020 Indigo Partners LLC acquired a majority stake in APiJET, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Indigo Partners is a private equity and venture capital firm based in Phoenix.

11/2/2020 Footprint International Holdco, Inc. announced that it has received an equity round of funding from Olympus Partners and other investors. Footprint is a sustainable technology firm that is focused on reducing or eliminating plastics through the development and manufacturing of next-generation molded fiber packaging and is based in Gilbert.

11/13/2020 GT Medical Technologies, Inc. announced that it will receive $16.0 million in funding. As of November 18, 2020, the company received $15.5 million in its first tranche from 15 investors. GT Medical Technologies develops and manufactures medical equipment for the treatment of brain tumors and is based in Tempe.

11/17/2020 Drivably, Inc. announced that it has received a round of funding from new investor Porsche Ventures GmbH. Drivably designs and develops inventory management software for the automotive retail industry and is based in Chandler.

11/18/2020 CloudBolt Software, Inc. announced that it has received $35.0 million in a round of funding. The company has issued common shares led by existing investor Insight Venture Management, LLC and venture debt to new investors Hercules Capital, Inc. (NYSE:HTGC) and Western Alliance Bank. Western Alliance provides banking services and is based in Phoenix.

11/18/2020 Taronis Fuels, Inc. (OTCPK:TRNF) announced the closing of a $10.4 million private placement of its shares of common stock with new and existing institutional and accredited investors. Taronis operates as a renewable fuel and power generation company and is based in Peoria.

11/23/2020 Lunewave Inc. announced that it has received $7.0 million in its Series A round of funding from Fraser McCombs Capital, Proeza Ventures, blue 9 capital and other investors. Lunewave manufactures Luneburg Lens-based Antenna and Automotive Radar Sensor Systems and is based in Tucson.
