2/3/2020 Larry H. Miller Dealerships acquired Mark's Casa Chevrolet and Mark's Casa Chrysler Jeep. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Larry H. Miller Dealerships operates as a new and used car dealer and is based in Sandy.
2/5/2020 CHG Healthcare Services, Inc. acquired LocumsMart LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. CHG provides temporary physician staffing services in the United States and is based in Midvale.
2/6/2020 Centurion Service Group, LLC acquired Monet Medical, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Monet Medical sells reconditioned medical equipment and is based in Murray.
2/6/2020 Komodo Systems Inc. acquired Conxx Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Komodo is a carrier class network analytics and user experience (QoE measurement) platform and is based in Murray.
2/10/2020 Infosys Limited (NSEI:INFY) agreed to acquire Simplus for $200.0 million. Simplus provides software as a service products and support services that streamline and simplify global enterprise work management processes and is based in Sandy.
2/10/2020 ObservePoint LLC acquired Strala. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Strala is a platform that enables organizations to gain more complete and trusted insights into omni-channel campaign performance, the end-to-end customer experience, and content intelligence and is based in Lehi. ObservePoint provides a data quality assurance platform and is based in Provo.
2/11/2020 Integrity Marketing Group, LLC acquired ThomasARTS LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. ThomasARTS operates as an independent advertising agency and is based in Farmington.
2/14/2020 Impartner Software, Inc. agreed to acquire the Through Channel Marketing Automation (TCMA) business from TIE Kinetix N.V. (ENXTAM:TIE). The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Impartner Software develops and provides SaaS-based partner relationship management and marketing automation platform solutions and is based in South Jordan.
2/17/2020 C. J. Foods, Inc. agreed to acquire American Nutrition, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. American Nutrition manufactures, packages and distributes pet foods for dogs and cats and is based in Ogden.
2/21/2020 Halma plc (LSE:HLMA) acquired Maxtec, LLC for $20.0 million. Maxtec manufactures oxygen analysis and delivery products for medical and non-medical applications and is based in Salt Lake City.
2/25/2020 Bark Technologies, Inc. acquired Router Limits LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Router Limits develops software and provides internet management solutions and is based in Layton.
2/26/2020 InMoment, Inc. agreed to acquire MaritzCX LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. InMoment develops and offers a cloud-based customer experience optimization platform and is based in South Jordan. MaritzCX provides customer experience (CX) technology solutions and research services and is based in South Jordan.
2/26/2020 S&S Seeds, Inc. acquired Granite Seed Company. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Granite Seed Company supplies seed and erosion control products for land reclamation and restoration, turf, beautification, pasture and range and is based in Lehi.
2/27/2020 ArbiterSports, LLC acquired FamilyID, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. ArbiterSports provides athletic event management technology solutions and is based in Sandy.
2/29/2020 Health Catalyst, Inc. (NasdaqGS:HCAT) agreed to acquire Able Health Inc. for $32.0 million. Health Catalyst provides data and analytics technology and services to healthcare organizations and is based in Salt Lake City.

2/6/2020 AE Industrial Partners, LP acquired American Pacific Corporation from Huntsman Family Investments, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. American Pacific manufactures specialty chemicals, primarily oxidizers, and is based in Cedar City. Huntsman Family Investments is a principal investment firm based in Salt Lake City. Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP served as legal advisor to American Pacific.
2/9/2020 Mirasol Capital LLC agreed to acquire Evans & Sutherland Computer Corporation (OTCPK:ESCC) for $18.4 million. Evans & Sutherland produces and sells visual display systems used primarily in full-dome video projection applications, dome projection screens, and dome architectural treatments and is based in Salt Lake City. Durham Jones & Pinegar, P.C. is serving as legal advisor to Evans & Sutherland.
2/19/2020 Cimarron Healthcare Capital, management of Pediatric Specialty Care, Inc., Monroe Capital LLC and Veronis Suhler Stevenson acquired Pediatric Specialty Care, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Cimarron is a private equity firm based in Salt Lake City.

2/4/2020 Homie Technology Inc. announced that it has received $23.0 million in its Series B round of equity funding. Homie operates a peer-to-peer real estate marketplace that connects buyers, builders, and sellers of homes and is based in South Jordan.
2/6/2020 PayStand Inc. announced that it has received $20.0 million in funding from EPIC Ventures and other investors. EPIC is a private equity and venture capital firm based in Salt Lake City.
2/6/2020 Overdrive Labs, Inc. announced that it has received $7.0 million in its Series A round of funding from Upfront Ventures and Coffin Capital & Ventures, LLC. Coffin is a principal investment firm based in Park City.
2/14/2020 DiscGenics, Inc. announced that it will receive a round of funding from CareNet, Inc. (TSE:2150). DiscGenics operates as a disc stem cell company which develops advanced spinal stem cell therapeutics to treat patients with diseases of the intervertebral disc and is based in Salt Lake City.
2/23/2020 HealthJoy, LLC announced that it has received $30.0 million in a round of funding from Health Velocity Capital, EPIC Ventures, and other investors. EPIC is a private equity and venture capital firm based in Salt Lake City.
2/25/2020 ICU Technologies Inc. announced that it will receive funding from Decathlon Capital Partners, LLC. Decathlon is a private equity firm based in Park City.
2/27/2020 Lendio, Inc. announced that it has received $31.0 million in an equity round of funding from Traverse Fund and other investors. Lendio provides a platform that allows business owners to find online small business loans and is based in Lehi. Traverse is a fund managed by Mercato Partners, a private equity and venture capital firm based in Cottonwood Heights.
