9/1/2021 Energy Management Corporation acquired Diamond Electric, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Diamond offers electric and motor services and is based in Salt Lake City. Energy Management designs, manufactures, and distributes power and electrical control products and is based in Salt Lake City.

9/1/2021 Spartronics, LLC acquired Inovar, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Inovar provides electronic manufacturing service and supply chain solutions and is based in North Logan.

9/1/2021 E4H Environments for Health Architecture acquired Dixon + Associates. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Dixon offers architectural design services for the healthcare and medical design industry and is based in Salt Lake City.

9/2/2021 Conservice, LLC acquired Goby Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Conservice provides utility management and billing services and is based in River Heights.

9/8/2021 Whiplash Inc. acquired Enlinx, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Enlinx provides third-party logistics and fulfillment services and is based in Salt Lake City.

9/9/2021 Chevron U.S.A. Inc. agreed to acquire ACES Delta, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. ACES engages in producing, storage, and transport of green hydrogen at utility scale and is based in Holladay.

9/9/2021 InMoment, Inc. acquired Lexalytics, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. InMoment develops and offers a cloud-based customer experience optimization platform and is based in South Jordan.

9/9/2021 HydroJug LLC acquired KORA Fitness LLC, dba ACTA Wear. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. HydroJug manufactures reusable BPA-free plastic bottles, straws, and jugs and is based in Ogden.

9/13/2021 Becklar, LLC acquired FallSafety, dba Tidyware, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Ogden-based Becklar is a holding company whose portfolio includes Freeus, a manufacturer of mobile personal emergency response systems, and AvantGuard Monitoring Centers, a wholesale monitoring company that provides critical event response to the security, fire, PERS, and IoT industries.

9/13/2021 Fire Protection Service Corporation acquired NICO Electronic Systems, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Fire Protection designs and installs fire and security solutions and is based in Ogden.

9/14/2021 ColoHouse, LLC acquired Lume Technologies LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Lume provides managed cloud, data center, and hybrid infrastructure solutions worldwide and is based in Pleasant Grove.

9/14/2021 Aktivate, Inc. acquired Sports Line Software, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Sports Line streamlines the paper-free management of players and coaches' requirements online and is based in Providence.

9/16/2021 Forum Health LLC acquired The Center for Health and Healing. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Forum provides precision health services and is based in Salt Lake City.

9/16/2021 North Mill Equipment Finance LLC and TF Group, Inc. acquired Aztec Financial, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Aztec provides equipment leasing and financing solutions and is based in Murray.

9/20/2021 Class Valuation, LLC acquired Market Data Service, LLC, dba DataMaster. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. DataMaster develops appraisal software for the real estate industry and is based in Layton.

9/21/2021 LINC Systems, Inc. acquired Air-O Fasteners, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Air-O distributes fastening equipment and consumable products serving a broad range of industrial end markets and is based in Kaysville.

9/23/2021 CDK Global, Inc. (NasdaqGS:CDK) agreed to acquire Salty Dot, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Salty Dot provides Embedded Insurance® with a platform that enables carriers and distribution partners to offer a customized policy to insure a product or service in real-time during the purchase process and is based in Salt Lake City.

9/27/2021 Holcim Ltd (SWX:HOLN) acquired Utelite Corporation. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Utelite manufactures and supplies structural lightweight expanded shale aggregates and is based in Coalville.

9/27/2021 Ascend Staffing acquired Riverside Staffing Services, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Ascend offers employment and staffing services and is based in North Salt Lake.

9/29/2021 UPSTACK, Inc. acquired Open Communications LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Open Communications is an IT consulting firm that offers Internet and cloud solutions and is based in Sandy.

9/29/2021 Asbury Automotive Group, LLC agreed to acquire Larry H. Miller Dealerships and Total Care Auto, powered by Landcar, in a deal valued at $3.2 billion. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Larry H. Miller Dealerships is the eighth largest dealer group in the U.S. and operates as a new and used car dealer. Landcar offers insurance brokerage services and is based in Sandy. Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP and Snell & Wilmer are serving as legal advisors to the Larry H. Miller Group of Companies.

9/30/2021 Qlik Technologies, Inc. acquired Big Squid, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Big Squid develops software solutions and specializes in business intelligence, data sciences, predictive analytics, and digital marketing and is based in Salt Lake City.

9/2/2021 Serviceaide, Inc. announced that it has received a round of funding from Decathlon Capital Partners, LLC, a venture capital firm based in Park City.

9/2/2021 RedCircle Technologies, Inc. announced that it has received $6.0 million in a round of funding from EPIC Ventures, Refinery Ventures, and other investors. EPIC is a private equity and venture capital firm based in Salt Lake City.

9/7/2021 Shuwei announced that it has received $31.0 million in funding from Shanghai Bojiang Investment Management Co., Ltd and New Value Capital. New Value is a private equity firm based in Park City.

9/8/2021 Tiled, Inc. announced that it has received $13.7 million in a round of funding from Signal Peak Ventures, University Venture Fund, and other investors. Signal Peak is a private equity and venture capital firm based in Salt Lake City. University Venture Fund is the venture capital arm of The University of Utah and is based in Salt Lake City.

9/9/2021 Juno Residential, Inc. announced that it has received $20.0 million in its Series A round of funding from Comcast Ventures, Khosla Ventures, LLC, RETV Management LLC and other investors. RETV is a venture capital firm based in Park City.

9/9/2021 The Pincho Factory, Inc. announced that it has received $20.0 million in an equity round of funding from Mercato Partners, LLC. Mercato is a private equity and venture capital firm based in Cottonwood Heights.

9/12/2021 ClearOne, Inc. (NasdaqCM:CLRO) announced that it has entered into a securities purchase agreement for a private placement of 3,623,189 common shares at an issue price of $2.76 per share for gross proceeds of $10.0 million. ClearOne designs, develops, and sells conferencing, collaboration, and network streaming solutions for voice and visual communications and is based in Salt Lake City. Seyfarth Shaw LLP and Ellenoff Grossman & Schole LLP served as legal advisors to ClearOne.

9/15/2021 Zonos announced that it has raised $69.0 million in a round of funding from Silversmith Management, L.P. and other investors. Zonos offers cross border services, such as quote duty, taxes and fees, HS code classification, international shopping experience, and cross border tax management and is based in St. George. Goodwin Procter LLP served as legal advisor to Zonos.

9/16/2021 Measured Insurance, Inc. announced that it has received a round of funding from Signal Peak Ventures, Royal Street Ventures, and other investors. Measured offers cybersecurity insurance products and services and is based in Salt Lake City. Signal Peak Ventures is a private equity and venture capital firm based in Salt Lake City. Royal Street is a venture capital and private equity firm based in Park City.

9/16/2021 Third Blink Software Inc. announced that it has raised $65.0 million in a round of funding from Insight Venture Management, LLC, UV Partners, dba Pelion Venture Partners, and other investors. Pelion is a venture capital firm based in Salt Lake City.

9/22/2021 Teiko Bio, Inc. announced that it will receive $15.3 million in funding. As of October 5, 2021, the company received $11.6 million in its first tranche from 40 investors. Teiko offers immune insights to help deliver therapies for the user to measure the immune cellular makeup within the blood, analyze the data, and map it to the outcome and is based in Salt Lake City.

9/27/2021 EdSights, Inc. announced that it has raised $5.0 million in a round of funding from Album VC and other investors. Album is a venture capital firm based in Lehi.

9/28/2021 Tundra Inc. announced that it has received $26.0 million in a round of funding from Emergence Equity Management, Inc., Peterson Ventures, LLC and other investors. Peterson is a venture capital firm based in Salt Lake City.

9/28/2021 Hivewire, Inc. announced that it has received $6.9 million in funding from 20 investors. Hivewire develops visual workflow software and tools for teams and individuals and is based in Lehi.

9/30/2021 TroopTravel S.L. announced that it has received $8.0 million in a round of funding from Madrona Venture Group, LLC, EPIC Ventures, and other investors. EPIC is a private equity and venture capital firm based in Salt Lake City.
