7/1/2021 Focus Financial Partners Inc. (NasdaqGS:FOCS) has agreed to acquire Sonora Investment Management, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Sonora is an employee-owned investment manager and is based in Tucson.
7/2/2021 R & K Building Supplies, Inc. acquired Home Center Supply, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Home Center owns and operates hardware stores in Heber and Payson and is based in Heber. R & K supplies windows, doors, hardware, and window treatments and is based in Gilbert.
7/2/2021 Westfall Technik, Inc. acquired Carolina Precision Plastics LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Westfall manufactures solutions for the production of plastic parts in the medical, packaging, and consumer goods segments and is based in Chandler. 7/5/2021 Knight-Swift Transportation Holdings Inc. (NYSE:KNX) acquired AAA Cooper Transportation, Inc. for $1.4 billion. Knight-Swift, together with its subsidiaries, provides truckload transportation services in the United States, Mexico, and Canada and is based in Phoenix. Scudder Law Firm served as legal advisor to Knight-Swift.
7/6/2021 Encora Digital Inc. acquired Daitan Group. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Encora, a product engineering services company, provides software product life cycle solutions and is based in Scottsdale.

7/18/2021 Carlisle Companies Incorporated (NYSE:CSL) agreed to acquire Henry Company LLC for $1.6 billion. Carlisle operates as a diversified manufacturer of engineered products and is based in Scottsdale. Kirkland & Ellis LLP served as legal advisor to Carlisle.
