9/1/2022 Arrivia, Inc. acquired RedWeek.com. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Arrivia is an international travel and leisure organization that provides vacation-based loyalty, rewards, and incentive programs to its members and is based in Scottsdale.

9/6/2022 Cerberus Cyber Sentinel Corporation (NasdaqCM:CISO) acquired NLT Secure. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Cerberus operates as a security services company in the U.S. and is based in Scottsdale.

9/7/2022 Elway Powersports acquired Star City Motorsports. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Elway is a motorcycle dealer based in Phoenix.

Corebella is a behavioral health and health care company that provides treatment of attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, bipolar disorder, pain management, and addiction and is based in Tempe.

9/8/2022 Aurora Payments LLC acquired One Payment. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Aurora operates as a full-service payment solutions provider for small and medium-sized businesses and is based in Tempe.

9/8/2022 Executive Home Care Franchising, LLC acquired Assisted Living Locators Licensing, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. 9/9/2022 Valenz acquired Health Cost Control Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Valenz develops payment integrity solutions for third-party administrators, self-insured groups, labor and trust organizations, stop-loss carriers, and health plans and is based in Phoenix.

9/14/2022 LUV Car Wash acquired five car wash sites throughout Florida and Georgia. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. LUV operates a car wash platform focused on enhancing the customer experience and is based in Gilbert.

9/15/2022 GIC Real Estate, Inc. and Oak Street Real Estate Capital, LLC agreed to acquire STORE Capital Corporation (NYSE:STOR) in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $14.0 billion. STORE is an internally managed net-lease real estate investment trust that is the leader in the acquisition, investment, and management of Single Tenant Operational Real Estate, which is its target market, and is based in Scottsdale. DLA Piper LLP (US) is serving as legal advisor to STORE Capital.

9/16/2022 Animoca Brands Corporation Limited agreed to acquire WePlay Media Holdings LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. WePlay, through its subsidiaries, develops and publishes mobile games, applications, and related content and is based in Phoenix.

9/19/2022 WillScot Mobile Mini Holdings Corp. (NasdaqCM:WSC) acquired Allied Office Trailers and Storage Containers. On the same date, WillScot acquired Piney Branch Motors, Inc., dba Allied Trailer Sales & Rentals. The terms of the transactions were not disclosed. WillScot provides work space and portable storage solutions in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and the United Kingdom and is based in Phoenix.

9/19/2022 SS Enterprise Holdings LLC, dba Super Star Car Wash, acquired Wave Wash Inc. Super Star offers car washing and detailing services in Arizona and California and is based in Phoenix. Ropes & Gray served as legal advisor to Super Star.

9/19/2022 NTT DATA Corporation (TSE:9613) agreed to acquire Apisero, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Apisero provides technology consulting services by partnering with and using MuleSoft and Salesforce platforms and is based in Chandler.

9/20/2022 Viral Nation Inc. acquired MediaKits LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. MediaKits operates as a digital platform designed for influencers, bloggers, and musicians to create custom media kits online with real-time data and analytics and is based in Scottsdale.

9/6/2022 Ategrity Specialty Insurance Company announced that it has received $75.0 million in a round of funding from returning investor Zimmer Financial Services Group, LLC. Ategrity operates as a property and casualty company and is based in Scottsdale.

9/8/2022 FRC Balance LLC, dba True Food Kitchen, announced that it has received more than $100.0 million in a round of funding co-led by new investors HumanCo and Manna Tree Partners with participation from existing investor Centerbridge Partners, L.P. True owns and operates a chain of restaurants and is based in Phoenix.

9/27/2022 Unravel Data Systems, Inc. announced that it has received $50.0 million in a round of funding led by Third Point Ventures L.P. with participation from Western Alliance Bancorporation, Menlo Ventures Management, L.P., and other investors. Western operates as the bank holding company for Western Alliance Bank and is based in Phoenix.

9/27/2022 Wherobots Inc. announced that it has received $5.5 million in a round of funding from 2 investors. Wherobots builds and designs a holistic cloud native spatial data analytics experience for customers and is based in Phoenix.

9/28/2022 Invisible AI Inc. announced that it has raised $15.0 million in a round of funding led by Van Tuyl Companies, Inc. with participation from Fraser McCombs Capital, LLC, 8VC, Sierra Ventures Management, LLC, and other investors. The Van Tuyl Companies is the enterprise overseeing the business interests of the Van Tuyl family and is based in Scottsdale.

9/28/2022 Sudo Biosciences, Inc. announced that it has received $37.0 million in a round of funding co-led by Frazier Life Sciences Management, LP and Velosity Capital, LLC. Velosity is a private equity firm based in Scottsdale.
