2/2/2022 RLS Partners LLC acquired PCS Trucking, LLC, dba Performance Cold Storage, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Performance provides cold storage service and is based in Salt Lake City.

2/4/2022 Channel Op LLC acquired Nicole and Brizee, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Channel provides personal consulting services for brands and manufacturers and is based in Park City.

2/10/2022 Fathom Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:FTHM) acquired iPro Realty Network. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. iPro is a full-service residential real estate brokerage company that provides a full range of services for buyers and sellers throughout Utah with market dominance in St. George, Cedar City, Orem, Salt Lake City, Clearfield, and Midway.

2/11/2022 Extra Space Storage Inc. (NYSE:EXR) acquired nine Space Shop Self Storage Facilities in GA, NC and SC for $137.0 million in a purchase split into two transactions. Extra Space is a self-storage real estate investment trust and management company based in Salt Lake City.

2/17/2022 Micronics, Inc. acquired National Filter Media Corporation (NFMC). The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. NFMC manufactures air pollution control and liquid filtration products for customers around the world and is based in Salt Lake City.

2/20/2022 Savage Services Corporation acquired Safe Handling, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Savage provides supply chain solutions to businesses in North America and internationally and is based in Midvale.

2/20/2022 Complete Recovery Corporation (CRC) acquired Waypoint Resource Group, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. CRC offers call center operation services and is based in Salt Lake City.

2/21/2022 Direct Connect Logistix, Inc. acquired Performance Logistics, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Performance is a third-party logistics company with expertise in fulfilling time-sensitive and temperature-controlled shipments for customers and is based in Draper.

2/22/2022 BrightView Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:BV) acquired Intermountain Plantings, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Intermountain provides commercial and residential landscape development and maintenance services and is based in Bluffdale.

2/22/2022 Health Catalyst, Inc. (NasdaqGS:HCAT) agreed to acquire KPI Ninja Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Health Catalyst provides data and analytics technology and services to healthcare organizations and is based in South Jordan.

2/22/2022 Executech Utah, LLC acquired California Computer Options, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Executech provides information technology solutions and consulting services and is based in South Jordan.

2/22/2022 CenExel Clinical Research, Inc. acquired CTSdatabase, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. CenExel provides medical and scientific support in the design and execution of clinical trials and is based in Salt Lake City.

2/23/2022 BBG Inc. acquired J Philip Cook & Associates, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. J Philip Cook provides appraisal, consulting, feasibility analysis, and expert witness services related to real estate and business valuation and is based in Salt Lake City.

2/23/2022 Element Markets, LLC agreed to acquire an unknown stake in Bluesource LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Bluesource provides climate change and low carbon environmental products and services and is based in Cottonwood Heights. Parr Brown Gee & Loveless is serving as legal advisor to Bluesource.

2/23/2022 American Equipment, Inc. acquired Kistler Crane & Hoist. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. American Equipment engages in the distribution of conveying, packaging, and lifting equipment across the United States and is based in South Salt Lake.

2/24/2022 Entrata, Inc. acquired Xento Systems Pvt. Ltd. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Entrata develops property management software and is based in Lehi.

2/28/2022 Jerry Seiner Dealerships Inc. acquired Earnhardt Buick GMC and Earnhardt Mazda in Las Vegas from Earnhardt Auto Group. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Seiner operates automobile dealerships and is based in Salt Lake City. Jennings, Strouss & Salmon, PLC served as legal advisor to Earnhardt.

2/2/2022 The Capstreet Group acquired hh2 Cloud Services. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. hh2 provides software for the construction industry and is based in Kaysville.

2/21/2022 Trinity Capital Inc. (NasdaqGS:TRIN) and RLG Capital, LLC acquired an 80% stake in Kamaka Air, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. RLG is a private equity firm based in Park City. Jasso Lopez PLLC served as legal advisor to Trinity and RLG.

2/2/2022 HandsFree Labs, Inc. announced that it will receive $24.0 million in funding. As of February 17, 2022, the company received $20.0 million in its first tranche from 6 investors. HandsFree designs and manufactures handsfree footwear under brands KIZIK and PILAR and is based in Vineyard.

2/3/2022 GuideCX, Inc. announced that it has received $25.0 million in its Series B round of funding from Meritech Capital Partners, Album VC, Sorenson Ventures, EPIC Ventures, Orchard Ventures LLC, and other investors. GuideCX develops client onboarding and implementation software and is based in Draper. Album and Sorenson are venture capital firms based in Lehi. EPIC is a private equity and venture capital firm based in Salt Lake City. Orchard is a Utah-based family office.

2/4/2022 Positive Circularity Inc., dba LIFELENZ, announced that it has received $32.0 million in its Series B round of funding from Tidal Ventures Investment Management Pty. Ltd. and Ellerston Capital Limited. LIFELENZ develops and operates an automated workforce and human capital management platform and is based in Lehi.

2/7/2022 Revere CRE Inc. announced that it has received $5.0 million in a round of funding from RETV Management LLC and other investors. RETV is a venture capital firm based in Park City.

2/9/2022 Dirty Dog's Car Wash announced that it has raised $35.0 million in an equity round of funding from The Cynosure Group. Cynosure is a private equity firm based in Salt Lake City.

2/10/2022 Superconductive Health, Inc. announced that it has raised $40.0 million in a round of funding from Tiger Global Management, LLC and other investors. Superconductive develops an artificial intelligence-based healthcare data collaboration and data integration software and is based in Cottonwood Heights.

2/16/2022 Epitel, Inc. announced that it has received $12.5 million in its Series A round of funding from Genoa Ventures, LLC, Catalyst Health Ventures, MedMountain Ventures, LLC, Salt Lake City Angels, and other investors. Epitel designs and develops a platform that offers brain health monitoring and seizure detection services and is based in Salt Lake City. MedMountain is a venture capital firm based in Holladay. Salt Lake City Angels are a group of accredited investors interested in early-stage, high-growth companies.

2/16/2022 Nomad Labs, Inc. announced that it has raised $20.0 million in a round of funding led by Silicon Valley BancVentures, Inc. with participation from Peterson Ventures, LLC, Range Ventures, and Kickstart Seed Fund. Peterson is a venture capital firm based in Salt Lake City. Kickstart is a private equity and venture capital firm based in Cottonwood Heights.

2/22/2022 Pepperdata, Inc. announced that it has received funding from Decathlon Capital Partners, LLC. Decathlon is a venture capital firm based in Park City.

2/22/2022 Nestio, Inc. announced that it has received $36.5 million in a round of funding from RETV Management LLC and other investors. RETV is a venture capital firm based in Park City.

2/22/2022 tZERO Group, Inc. announced that it will receive $73.0 million in funding from Pelion, Inc., Overstock.com, Inc. (NasdaqGM:OSTK), and Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (NYSE:ICE). Overstock.com operates as an online retailer and is based in Midvale. Pelion is a venture capital firm based in Salt Lake City.

2/22/2022 Cambridge Crops, Inc., dba Mori, announced that it will receive $50.0 in funding. The transaction closed 3/9/2022 with participation from Prelude Ventures, LLC, Tiger Grass Capital, LP, and other investors. Tiger Grass is a private equity firm based in Park City.

2/23/2022 Boostability Inc. announced that it has received a strategic growth investment round of funding from new investor Cohere Capital Partners, LP. Boostability is a search engine optimization company and marketing partner that provides marketing solutions for small and medium-sized businesses and is based in Lehi.

2/23/2022 Bware Labs announced that it has received $6.0 million in a round of funding from Hypersphere Ventures LLC, Connext Labs, Inc., and other investors. Connext develops a crosschain liquidity network that powers noncustodial swaps between evm-compatible chains and L2 systems and is based in Park City.

2/24/2022 Project Canary, Inc. announced that it has received $111.0 million in funding led by new investor Insight Venture Management, LLC with participation from Brookfield Growth Partners, DFJ Frontier Management Company, LLC, and other investors. DFJ is a venture capital firm based in Lehi.

2/24/2022 Ember announced that it has raised $17.4 million in a round of funding from Peter Thiel, Pando Ventures, and other investors. Ember is a real estate proptech company that is reimagining the vacation home experience through technology and is based in Lehi. Pando is a venture capital firm based in Salt Lake City.

2/24/2022 Pupford LLC announced that it has received a round of funding from Peterson Partners LP. Pupford provides training videos on dogs to develop a healthy relationship between the owner and pup and is based in American Fork. Peterson is a private equity and venture capital firm based in Salt Lake City.
