6/1/2022 US LBM Holdings, Inc. acquired Truss Fab Companies. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Truss is a manufacturer of structural roof and floor trusses, wall panels and supplier of lumber to customers in Arizona, California, Nevada and New Mexico and is based in Glendale.

6/1/2022 Insight Enterprises, Inc. (NasdaqGS:NSIT) acquired Hanu Software Solutions, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Insight, together with its subsidiaries, provides information technology hardware, software, and services solutions and is based in Tempe. Snell & Wilmer served as legal advisor to Insight.

6/1/2022 Orcutt Winslow Architecture USA, LLC agreed to acquire HHCP Design International, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Orcutt is an architectural and interior design firm based in Phoenix.

6/2/2022 Cerberus Cyber Sentinel Corporation (NasdaqCM:CISO) acquired Creatrix, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Cerberus operates as a security services company and is based in Scottsdale.

6/3/2022 Anderson Powersports, LLC acquired Arizona West All Sport, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Arizona West is a powersports dealership based in Lake Havasu City. Anderson is a powersports dealership with locations in Lake Havasu City, Bullhead City, and Parker. Frazer, Ryan, Arnold & Goldberg served as legal advisor to Arizona West. 6/7/2022 Majco, Inc. acquired 11 service centers in Tucson from MPG Automotive Services. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. MPG provides tire and automotive services and is based in Tucson.

6/7/2022 Healthcare Outcomes Performance Company (HOPCo) acquired the Musculoskeletal Patient Engagement and Outcomes Tracking Platform from Future Health Works Ltd. HOPCo provides orthopedic practice and service line management to hospitals and health systems, medical groups and practices, and payors and is based in Phoenix.

6/9/2022 Christie Innomed Inc. acquired Comp-Ray, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Comp-Ray is an independent x-ray service and sales corporation in the Desert Southwest and is based in Phoenix.

6/14/2022 Andavi Solutions, LLC acquired Business Impact, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Andavi develops data insights and analytics platforms for the beverage alcohol and consumer packaged goods industries and is based in Phoenix.

6/14/2022 Fennemore agreed to acquire Wendel Rosen LLP. The combined firm will be called Fennemore Wendel in Northern California and Fennemore across the rest of its footprint in Southern California, Arizona, Colorado and Nevada. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Fennemore offers legal advisory services and is based in Phoenix.

6/27/2022 Kolbe Corp. agreed to acquire Dynamynd, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Dynamynd offers educational training applications for teachers and students and is based in Scottsdale. Kolbe operates as an employee testing company and is based in Phoenix.

6/28/2022 Eco Safety, Inc., dba Eco Safety Products, acquired Soy Technologies, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Eco Safety manufactures bio-renewable paint and chemicals and is based in Phoenix.

6/29/2022 GoDaddy Inc. (NYSE:GDDY) agreed to acquire Dan.com. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. GoDaddy engages in the design and development of cloud-based technology products in the U.S. and internationally and is based in Tempe.

6/2/2022 TYB Technologies, LLC announced that it has raised $9.8 million in a round of funding led by new investors Unusual Ventures and SoGal Ventures with participation from existing investor Castle Island Ventures. TYB develops and operates a platform that helps brands build direct relationships with their fans and is based in Tucson.

6/13/2022 Prenda, Inc. announced that it has raised $20.0 million in a round of funding led by new investor 776 Fund Management, LLC with participation from returning investors Album VC, Modern Venture Partners, and others. Prenda operates micro schools of small groups for kids that meet in a home, office, or studio in Arizona and is based in Mesa.

6/14/2022 BW Events LLC announced that it has raised a round of funding from Serent Capital Management Company, L.L.C. BW provides managed services and technology consulting solutions for the events industry and is based in Gilbert.

6/21/2022 Layer 9 Data Centers announced that it has raised a round of funding led by a highly accredited investor group within the digital infrastructure sector, including Lemonroy Business Solutions, S.A. De C.V. Layer 9 operates as a data center solutions provider and is based in Phoenix.
