7/1/2022 SiteOne Landscape Supply, Inc. (NYSE:SITE) acquired Prescott Dirt, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Prescott Dirt distributes landscape materials and supplies and is based in Prescott.

7/6/2022 A corrections agency in Ohio acquired the Societal Reentry Virtual Reality Software of Wrap Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq:WRAP). The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Wrap is a Tempe-based public safety technology and services company that develops policing solutions to law enforcement and security personnel. The reentry and rehabilitation software is a product line of its Wrap Reality virtual reality training system and is designed to teach incarcerated individuals coping skills by exposing them to various situations in an immersive, 360-degree environment.

7/11/2022 Champion Retail Housing, Inc., a subsidiary of Skyline Champion Corporation (NYSE:SKY), entered into an agreement with Alta Cima Corporation, dba Factory Expo Home Centers, to acquire the assets and assume the operations of the Factory Expo Home Centers located at 12 Skyline Champion manufacturing facilities across the U.S. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. 7/13/2022 WillScot Mobile Mini Holdings Corp. (NasdaqCM:WSC) acquired the rental fleet and related assets of Modulease Corporation. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. WillScot provides work space and portable storage solutions and is based in Phoenix.

7/13/2022 Transact Campus, Inc. acquired Hangry Solutions Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Transact develops an enterprise-class cloud platform that provides billing and payment services for students and families and is based in Phoenix.

7/13/2022 Nomi Health, Inc. acquired Sano Surgery, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Sano provides medical treatment services to self-insured employer contracts in the U.S. and is based in Phoenix.

7/13/2022 Sun Auto Tire & Service Inc. acquired Coopers Auto Repair Specialists. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Sun Auto provides automotive aftermarket repair services under the BRAKEmax and Tire Works brands and is based in Tucson.

7/14/2022 Alera Group, Inc. acquired DFG 401(k) Advisors. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. DFG is an independent qualified retirement plan services company that works with employers to maximize their retirement plan outcomes and is based in Scottsdale.

7/15/2022 MicroAge acquired Custom Storage, Inc., dba cStor. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. cStor helps organizations strategize, design, and implement cybersecurity, digital transformation, and modern infrastructure solutions and services and is based in Scottsdale. MicroAge offers technology hardware, software, and outsourced IT support services and is based in Phoenix.

7/15/2022 Siemens Product Lifecycle Management Software Inc. agreed to acquire ZONA Technology, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Scottsdale-based ZONA develops, licenses, and supports computer-aided engineering (CAE) software for aircraft design and analysis and provides research and development and CAE services to the aerospace industry.

7/18/2022 Mastek (NSE:MASTEK) agreed to acquire MST Solutions for $111.6 million. MST is an independent Salesforce consulting and system integration partner and is based in Chandler. Weiss Brown is serving as legal advisor to MST.

7/19/2022 Ryan, LLC acquired Paradigm Tax Group, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Paradigm provides outsourced property tax management services to commercial property owners and is based in Phoenix.

7/20/2022 Go Car Wash Management, Corp. acquired Genie Express Car Wash. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Go offers car washing services in Kansas, Missouri, Nevada, and Texas and is based in Gilbert.

7/21/2022 Equifax Workforce Solutions, Inc. agreed to acquire LawLogix Group, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. 7/22/2022 Temporary Housing, Inc., dba CRS Temporary Housing, acquired Assured Relocation, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. CRS offers temporary housing services, long term housing, emergency hotel, adjuster relocate, and commercial office rental services to property loss-of-use claimers and is based in Phoenix.

7/26/2022 The Berg Group acquired digg from Corporate Interior Systems, Inc. (CIS). The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. CIS offers a broad range of corporate office furniture and pre-fabricated interior construction and is based in Phoenix. digg operates as a former interior construction division of CIS that uses DIRTT software and manufacturing to design and fabricate interior construction. 7/27/2022 Troon Golf, LLC acquired ClubUp, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Troon Golf operates as a golf and club management, development, and marketing company worldwide and is based in Scottsdale.

7/27/2022 Valenz acquired Medical Cost Management Corporation. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. 7/31/2022 University of Arizona Global Campus acquired the online program management business of Zovio Inc. (NasdaqGS:ZVO). The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Zovio is an education technology services company that partners with higher education institutions and employers and is based in Chandler.

7/12/2022 Nexii Building Solutions Inc. announced that it has raised $54.6 million in funding from returning investors Horizon Technology Finance Corporation (NasdaqGS:HRZN), a fund managed by Horizon Technology Finance Management, LLC, and Trinity Capital Inc. (NasdaqGS:TRIN). Trinity is a venture capital firm specializing in venture debt and is based in Phoenix.

7/20/2022 Farragut Capital Partners, Inc. announced the closing of an investment in Fiesta Canning Co., Inc. Farragut invested subordinated debt and equity to support the acquisition of Fiesta by Taglich Private Equity, LLC. Fiesta processes and produces green chilies for the foodservice market in the U.S. and is based in Phoenix.

7/28/2022 PayGround, Inc. announced that it has received $5.5 million in a round of funding co-led by new investors Lewis & Clark Venture Capital, LLC and Clayton Associates, LLC with participation from returning investor Triventures and notable angel investors. PayGround is a cloud-based payment platform that allows users to receive and pay healthcare bills and is based in Gilbert.
