11/1/2023 InfoWest, Inc. acquired substantially all of the assets of SunRiver Fiber Network from Cable Systems of Nevada, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. InfoWest provides high-speed Internet to residents and businesses in Southern Utah and is based in St. George.
11/1/2023 Maschoff Brennan Laycock Gilmore Israelsen & Wright, PLLC agreed to acquire Mauriel Kapouytian Woods LLP. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Maschoff Brennan is a law firm based in Park City.
11/1/2023 ClientSuccess, Inc. acquired Status Software, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Status develops visual workflow software and tools for teams and individuals and is based in Provo. ClientSuccess develops customer success management software for Software-as-a-Service companies around the world and is based in American Fork.
11/1/2023 Rodda Paint Co. acquired Valley Paint Manufacturing Co. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Valley Paint manufactures light industrial coating paints and is based in Woods Cross.
11/3/2023 Casey Wheeler acquired Crump Reese Motor Company. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Crump Reese is an automotive retail company based in Tremonton.
11/3/2023 Everyspend, Inc. acquired Elastech, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Elastech provides infrastructure outsourcing and business automation solutions and is based in Lehi.
11/11/2023 Legacy Dental, Inc. acquired Chattanooga Family Dentistry LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Legacy operates as a dental health care services company and is based in Salt Lake City.
11/14/2023 National Water Services, Inc. acquired Pure Water Technologies, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Pure manufactures water vending machines and is based in Salt Lake City.
11/14/2023 Listo Global, Inc. acquired Magellan AI. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Listo operates as a human resources and employment technology company that develops a cloud-based software platform that helps companies to find, hire, and pay their teams worldwide and is based in Farmington.
11/16/2023 Sonic Healthcare Limited (ASX:SHL) agreed to acquire Pathology Watch Inc. for $130.0 million. Pathology provides remote specimen interpretation services to hospitals, laboratories, and dermatology centers through its digital pathology solution and is based in Murray.
11/16/2023 American Academy Holdings, LLC, dba AAPC, acquired Semantic Health Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. AAPC operates as an education and credentialing organization for medical coders, billers, auditors, practice managers, documentation specialists, compliance officers, and revenue cycle managers and is based in Salt Lake City.
11/21/2023 OneMain Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:OMF) agreed to acquire Foursight Capital, LLC from Jefferies Financial Group Inc. (NYSE:JEF) for $115.0 million. As part of the transaction, OneMain will acquire Foursight's approximately $900.0 million loan portfolio. Foursight provides automobile financing services and is based in Salt Lake City.
11/27/2023 Greenix Holdings, LLC., dba Greenix Pest Control LLC, announced that it recently acquired Bamboo Pest Control. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Greenix provides residential pest control services and is based in Centerville.
11/28/2023 Ascent Software Group, LLC acquired Value Acceptance LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Ascent provides prop-tech solutions and the Jaro suite of appraisal tools and is based in Alpine.
11/29/2023 Brook & Whittle Limited acquired FlexoOne, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. FlexoOne offers flexographic, digital labels printing, custom clothing and apparel labels printing services and is based in Salt Lake City.
11/29/2023 Tonaquint Data Centers, LLC acquired EdgeX Data Centers, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Tonaquint provides IT solutions, including colocation, cloud, DRaaS, IaaS, office 365 backups, and managed solutions and is based in Saint George.

11/1/2023 Houston TX Hot Chicken announced that it has raised a round of funding from Savory Fund, a private equity firm based in Lehi. Mayer Brown LLP served as legal adviser to Savory Fund.
11/6/2023 Cappella Eduinfra Private Limited announced that it received an equity commitment of $200.0 million from new investor Alta Capital Management LLC. Alta is a privately owned investment manager and is based in Salt Lake City.
11/16/2023 CallTower Inc. announced that it will receive a strategic investment in a round of funding that includes participation from its current major investors and senior management alongside returning investor BV Investment Partners, L.P., new investors AB Private Credit Investors LLC, and Boundary Street Capital, LP, Investment Arm. CallTower offers cloud-based enterprise-class unified communications solutions for organizations worldwide and is based in South Jordan. Cooley LLP is serving as legal advisor to CallTower.
11/30/2023 Culmination Bio Inc. announced that it has received $10.0 million in a round of funding that included participation from new investors Merck Global Health Innovation Fund, LLC and Amgen Ventures. Culmination provides biotechnology research services to develop novel clinical insights, therapeutic targets, diagnostic opportunities, and care process models and is based in Saint George.
