2/2/2023 StandardAero, Inc. acquired Western Jet Aviation, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. StandardAero offers maintenance, repair, and overhaul services to the aerospace industry and is based in Scottsdale.

2/3/2023 IGEN Fuels, LLC acquired Motor Fuel License Center (MFLC). The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. MFLC is an online platform that helps oil and gas companies source data to automate fuel tax compliance and is based in Scottsdale.

2/7/2023 A1 Garage Door Service LLC acquired A1 Garage Door Specialists, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. A1 Garage Door Service provides installation, servicing, and repair of garage doors and is based in Phoenix.

2/15/2023 Heritage Outdoor Group LLC acquired Precision Shooting Equipment, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Precision manufactures archery equipment and is based in Tucson.

2/16/2023 Runtime Technologies, LLC, dba Isos Technology, acquired Hypervelocity Consulting. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Isos Technology provides IT consulting and services and is based in Tempe.

2/21/2023 CDW Corporation (NASDAQ: CDW) acquired Locus Recruiting LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Locus is a consulting team specializing in information security, cloud computing, networking and infrastructure. Weiss Brown served as legal advisor to Locus.

2/28/2023 Edge Systems, dba The Hydrafacial Company, acquired Esthetic Medical Inc., dba SkinStylus®, for $16.3 million. SkinStylus is an FDA-cleared microneedling device and is based in Scottsdale.

2/28/2023 Princeton Medspa Partners acquired Skinjectables. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Skinjectables is a medical spa based in Tucson. Weiss Brown served as legal advisor to Skinjectables.

2/1/2023 Franklin Mountain Capital (FMC) recently announced the launch of Franklin Mountain Packaging. FMC provides long-term capital and operating expertise for small and middle market businesses and is based in Scottsdale.

2/15/2023 ECO Integrated Technologies, Inc. announced that it has received a multi-million dollar round of funding that included participation from new investor Altrus Capital, LLP. Altrus is a private equity and venture capital firm based in Scottsdale.

2/16/2023 ZEVX, Inc. announced it has received over $20.0 million in its first tranche of a funding round led by Reynolds Capital. ZEVX manufactures intelligent EV systems, battery electric powertrain and power system products, reefer refrigeration, and EV infrastructure such as charging stations and is based in Gilbert.

2/27/2023 Strategic Risk Solutions Inc. (SRS) announced that it has received a round of funding that included participation from new investor Integrum Holdings L.P. SRS provides management and consulting services to the captive insurance industry and is based in Phoenix. Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP served as legal advisor to Integrum.
