3/6/2023 BluSky Restoration Contractors, LLC acquired ARS Cleanup Restore Rebuild. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. ARS provides restoration services to commercial, residential, and educational institutions and is based in Logan.

3/6/2023 Trustpoint.One acquired inWhatLanguage, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. inWhatLanguage develops a cloud-based translation management platform that allows organizations to access and review their translation projects and is based in Salt Lake City.

3/6/2023 Western Equipment Solutions acquired assets of Champion Equipment Sales, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Western Equipment engages in the distribution of foundation drilling equipment and tools and is based in Salt Lake City.

3/7/2023 Spectrum Solutions, LLC acquired Alimetrix, Inc. and Microarrays, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Spectrum designs and manufactures containers for the medical, organic health, and cosmetic sectors and is based in Draper.

3/13/2023 KPM Analytics, Inc. acquired Smart Vision Works, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Smart Vision manufactures AI vision control systems for agriculture, food processing, and manufacturing industries and is based in Orem.

3/20/2023 Security Service Federal Credit Union acquired Utah First Title Insurance Agency Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Utah First Title provides title insurance and settlement services for both homeowners and businesses and is based in Orem.

3/23/2023 4Freedom Mobile acquired Volta Wireless. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Volta develops privacy software solutions and is based in Salt Lake City. 4 Freedom is a network operator firm and is based in Salt Lake City.

3/27/2023 Camping World Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:CWH) agreed to acquire Carbon Emery RV. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Carbon sells used and new recreational vehicles, parts, and services and is based in Helper.

3/28/2023 ATS Corporation (TSX:ATS) acquired Triad Unlimited LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Triad offers asset management solutions and is based in Cedar City.

3/28/2023 Groome Industrial Service Group, Inc. acquired Blasting Solutions Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Blasting Solutions provides explosive deslagging services to the power industry and is based in Syracuse.

3/30/2023 Victaulic Company acquired Horizon Metals Inc. The terms of the transaction were not closed. Horizon is an iron and steel foundry based in Nephi.

M&A - Financial

3/12/2023 Silver Lake Management, L.L.C. and CPP Investments agreed to acquire the remaining 95.9% stake in Qualtrics International Inc. (NasdaqGS:XM) for $10.9 billion. Qualtrics operates an experience management platform used to design and manage customer, employee, product, and brand experiences worldwide and is based in Provo. Shearman & Sterling LLP, Goodwin Procter LLP, and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer US LLP are serving as legal advisors to Qualtrics.

3/20/2023 Reliance Partners, LLC acquired assets of Truck Team Insurance Agency. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Truck Team provides commercial trucking insurance agency services and is based in Washington.

3/22/2023 JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE:JPM) agreed to acquire the remaining stake in Aumni, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Aumni operates as a SaaS company developing a robotic process automation and data analytics platform for private capital investors and is based in Cottonwood Heights. DLA Piper LLP is serving as legal advisor to Aumni.

3/23/2023 Waud Capital Partners, L.L.C. acquired majority stake in Fusion Healthcare Staffing, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Fusion provides recruitment services for the healthcare industry and is based in Sandy.

Private Placements

3/8/2023 Consensus Sales, Inc. announced that it has received $110.0 million in a round of funding that included participation from new investor Sumeru Equity Partners, LP. Consensus develops and operates an intelligent demo automation platform to scale presales and qualify buyers and is based in Lehi.

3/14/2023 Xevant, Inc. announced that it has received a round of funding from new investor HCAP Partners. Xevant develops a software to manage client pharmacy spending with real-time insights and alerts based on client-specific needs and is based in Lehi.

3/23/2023 Britive, Inc. announced that it has raised $20.5 million in a round of funding led by new investor Pelion, Inc. with participation from new investor Liberty Global Ventures Holding B.V. and other existing investors CrossLink Capital, Inc. and One Way Ventures. Pelion is a venture capital firm based in Salt Lake City.

3/28/2023 Markerr, Inc. announced that it has received $6.6 million in funding led by returning investor RETV Management LLC with participation from new investor Pretium Partners, LLC. RETV is a venture capital firm based in Park City.
