5/3/2023 Klutch Sports Group, LLC acquired Elite Athlete Management. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Elite is a full-service management firm that represents professional athletes, coaches and personnel, and SAG talent and is based in Chandler.

5/5/2023 Action Termite & Pest Control LLC acquired Termite Tiger Pest Control recently. In a related transaction, Action also acquired Mastertech Pest Solutions, Watchdog Pest Control, and Pest Duck Pest Control. The terms of the transactions were not disclosed. Mastertech provides pest control services and is based in Maricopa. Watchdog operates as a pest control company and is based in Phoenix. Pest Duck provides pest control, termite treatment, and virus-cleaning services to residential and commercial clients and is based in El Mirage. Termite Tiger provides termite and pest control services and is based in Phoenix.

5/9/2023 Colliers Engineering & Design, Inc. acquired HILGARTWILSON, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. 5/12/2023 First Solar, Inc. (NasdaqGS:FSLR) acquired Evolar AB from Magnora ASA (OB:MGN) for $38.0 million. First Solar provides photovoltaic solar energy solutions and is based in Tempe.

5/15/2023 Heffernan Financial Services Inc. acquired Ascendant Financial Solutions, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Ascendant is an employee-owned investment manager based in Flagstaff.

5/15/2023 Tendit Group acquired Legends Landscape Management Inc. On 5/16/2023, Tendit acquired Clean D Windows. The terms of the transactions were not disclosed. 5/23/2023 Blount Entities acquired SunTower Machine Company. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. SunTower provides CNC machining services, including milling, turning, drilling, and grinding and is based in Tempe.

5/31/2023 SWCA Environmental Consultants acquired ALO Advisors LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. SWCA is a 100% employee-owned environmental consulting firm and is based in Phoenix.

5/9/2023 Elevation Home Energy Solutions, Inc. announced that it will receive $13.5 million in funding. As of 6/24/2023, the company received $6.0 million in its first tranche from 2 investors. Elevation develops smart energy solutions for homes and is based in Chandler.

5/10/2023 Vixxo Corporation announced that it has raised a round of funding that included participation from new investor Braemont Capital Management LLC. Vixxo provides landscape facility management solutions and is based in Scottsdale.

5/11/2023 AudiencePlus, Inc. announced that it has raised $5.4 million in a round of funding led by new investor Emergence Equity Management, Inc. with participation from Forum Ventures, Work Life Ventures, GTMfund LLC, and other investors. AudiencePlus develops and operates a media software company that offers content creation services and is based in Scottsdale.

5/15/2023 Wecom, Inc. announced that it has raised a round of funding that included participation from Searchlight Capital Partners, L.P. and Simple Broadband LLC. Wecom provides fiber internet and communication services and is based in Kingman.

5/19/2023 LavenirAI announced that it has received a round of funding from new investor The Dyson-Kissner-Moran Corporation. LavenirAI designs, develops, and operates an AI-powered procurement negotiation training platform for procurement professionals and is based in Scottsdale.

5/31/2023 CleanJoule LLC announced that it has received $50.0 million in a round of funding led by new investor Indigo Partners LLC with participation from Frontier Group Holdings, Inc., Cleanhill Partners, and other investors. Indigo is a private equity and venture capital firm based in Phoenix.
