6/1/2023 Martinsen Wealth Management, LLC acquired Holmes Financial Services. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Holmes provides financial planning and investment management services and is based in Tucson. Martinsen provides financial services that include asset protection, retirement income products, and financial planning services and is based in Tempe.

6/6/2023 Digital Air Strike, Inc. acquired 3 Birds Marketing, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Digital provides social media marketing and reputation management solutions for auto dealers and is based in Scottsdale.

6/6/2023 Poplar Homes acquired Venture REI's single-family for rent property management portfolio. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Venture REI is a real estate brokerage and advisory firm based in Scottsdale.

6/7/2023 W.C. Bradley Co., Inc. acquired Dansons US LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Dansons produces and sells grilling products and is based in Scottsdale.

6/8/2023 Horsepower Automotive Group, LLC acquired Flatline Van Company. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Horsepower operates as a holding company for off-road automotive aftermarket brands Addictive Desert Designs, DV8 Offroad, and Rago Fabrication that offer a range of aftermarket accessories for truck/SUV enthusiasts and is based in Mesa.

6/12/2023 Interface Inc. acquired L.C.M. Systems Limited. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Interface designs and manufactures force measurement solutions and is based in Scottsdale.

6/15/2023 A1 Garage Door Service LLC acquired Garage Door Doctor. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. A1 provides installation, servicing, and repair of garage doors and is based in Phoenix.

6/18/2023 ClinicMind, Inc. acquired The BulletProof Chiro. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The BulletProof Chiro designs and develops software for chiropractors and is based in Phoenix.

6/19/2023 Sandy Gallagher acquired the remaining interest in Proctor Gallagher Institute, L.P. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Proctor offers personal development training, corporate development, and elite performance training and is based in Scottsdale.

6/20/2023 Range Media Partners LLC acquired AutoEd., Inc., dba Automatik. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Automatik operates as a digital design and production company and is based in Tempe. Venable LLP served as legal advisor to Automatik.

6/27/2023 Unis Health acquired Healthcare Support Technologies, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. 6/28/2023 Lovett, Inc. acquired Fayette AC & Sheet Metal. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Fayette provides HVAC and custom sheet metal fabrication services and is based in Lake Havasu City.

6/15/2023 Lone Star Americas Acquisitions, Inc. agreed to acquire Carlisle Fluid Technologies, Inc. from Carlisle Companies Incorporated (NYSE:CSL) for $520.0 million. Carlisle Fluid Technologies manufactures and sells systems designed for the application and curing of sprayed materials, including paints, coatings, powders, mastics, and bonding materials and is based in Scottsdale. Carlisle Companies operates as a manufacturer of engineered products in the U.S. and internationally and is based in Scottsdale.

6/19/2023 Everest Infrastructure Partners, Inc. acquired the portfolio of tower assets from Antenna Sites, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Antenna Sites owns and operates a network of wireless and broadcast communication sites and is based in Scottsdale.

6/21/2023 Kelso & Company, L.P. acquired Valenz. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Valenz develops payment integrity solutions for third-party administrators, self-insured groups, labor and trust organizations, stop-loss carriers, and health plans and is based in Phoenix.

6/7/2023 KP Aviation, LLC announced that it has received an investment from Bain Capital. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. KP supplies commercial jet engine and aircraft components to aviation marketplaces, investment and leasing companies, and aviation aftermarket suppliers and is based in Mesa.

6/13/2023 Accelerate Diagnostics, Inc. (NasdaqCM:AXDX) announced the successful completion of its debt restructuring support agreement. Through a series of transactions the company has simplified its capital structure, extended-out its debt maturity 3.5 years, and secured $24.0 million of new funding to provide opportunities for future growth and innovation. Accelerate is an in vitro diagnostics company that provides solutions for the global challenges of antibiotic resistance and sepsis and is based in Tucson. Sidley Austin LLP served as legal advisor to Accelerate.
