10/2/2024 Mitratech Holdings, Inc. acquired Prevalent, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Prevalent provides third-party risk management software solutions and services and cloud-based compliance and risk solutions and is based in Phoenix.

10/3/2024 Machine Solutions, Inc. acquired Alpine Laser LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Machine develops, manufactures, and supplies process and testing equipment for catheter and stent manufacturers worldwide and is based in Flagstaff.

10/3/2024 OneAZ Credit Union agreed to acquire 1st Bank Yuma from holding company Western Arizona Bancorp, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. 1st Bank is a financial institution based in Yuma with $600 million in assets and 5 branches. Based in Phoenix, OneAZ manages over $3.4 billion in assets and serves over 200,000 member-owners and 12,000 business owners across 20 branches statewide. Spierer, Woodward, Corbalis & Goldberg are serving as legal advisor to Western Arizona Bancorp. Luse Gorman, P.C is serving as legal advisor to OneAZ.

10/7/2024 PestCo Holdings LLC acquired Green Mango Pest Control, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Green Mango provides pest control services and is based in Chandler.

10/8/2024 Creative Brands acquired P. Graham Dunn, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Creative manufactures, distributes, and imports gifts, inspirational products, and drinkware and is based in Phoenix.

10/15/2024 Plastic Design Corporation acquired Resenex Corporation. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Resenex manufactures and sells fluid flow products for medical and industrial applications and is based in Scottsdale. Plastic Design provides plastic injection and micro-molding services and is based in Scottsdale.

10/17/2024 Carlisle Companies Incorporated (NYSE:CSL) agreed to acquire Plasti-Fab Ltd from PFB Corporation for $260.0 million. Carlisle operates as a manufacturer and supplier of building envelope products and solutions in the U.S. and internationally and is based in Scottsdale. DLA Piper LLP (US) is serving as legal advisor to Carlisle.

10/17/2024 Bluesight, Inc. acquired Sectyr, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Sectyr develops and offers cloud-based software solutions for healthcare providers and is based in Scottsdale.

10/22/2024 hc1.com Inc. acquired Accumen Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Accumen operates as a healthcare performance partner that provides strategic solutions and services and is based in Scottsdale.

10/23/2024 Venturi Supply LLC acquired Cohn & Gregory Supply LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Venturi engages in the distribution of pipe, valves, fittings, engineered products, and industrial supplies serving end users across a variety of mission-critical end markets and is based in Phoenix. King & Spalding LLP served as a legal advisor to Venturi.

10/30/2024 Lynx Equity Limited acquired Esmay Electric Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Esmay operates as a contractor offering solar systems, roof measurements, design, engineering, permitting, installation, and final inspection and is based in Lake Havasu City.

10/10/2024 Beam Technologies Inc. announced that it will receive $40.0 million in a round of funding that will include participation from new investor Trinity Capital Inc. Trinity is a venture capital firm specializing in venture debt and is based in Phoenix.

10/21/2024 Flexential Inc. announced that it will raise funding that will include participation from new investor Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Inc. and returning investor GI Manager L.P. GI Manager is a private equity, data infrastructure and real estate investment firm based in Scottsdale.

10/30/2024 Toothio, Inc. announced that it has received $5.0 million in a round of funding co-led by new investor NVP Associates, LLC, and returning investor Craft Ventures, LLC with participation from Rho Capital Partners, Inc., Burst Capital, LLC, AZ Crown Ventures LLC, and other investors. AZ Crown is a venture capital firm based in Tempe. Toothio designs and develops a dental staffing platform that connects dental offices with qualified professionals and is based in Scottsdale.

10/31/2024 MotorMia Inc. announced that it has received $8.0 million in a round of funding that included participation from QP Ventures Limited, Seedcamp Investments LLP, Verissimo Ventures and other investors. MotorMia develops an AI-powered platform that operates as a modding buddy, pocket mechanic, build researcher, and performance analyst for car enthusiasts and is based in Scottsdale.
