2/3/2025 RhinoWare Holdings, LLC acquired Taza Systems, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Based in Park City, RhinoWare develops a real estate software platform providing integrated IT solutions for vendor management, B2B, B2C, homeowners, and investors.

2/3/2025 Infrasense, Inc. acquired Advanced Bridge Inspections. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Advanced offers infrastructure management services and is based in American Fork.

2/3/2025 The Thermal Group acquired Applied Composite Technology Aerospace, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Applied designs, manufactures, and distributes aerospace and aircraft products and is based in Gunnison.

2/4/2025 Ampleo LLC acquired Peak Business Valuation, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Peak offers business valuation services, equipment appraisals, and advisory services and is based in Lehi. Ampleo provides fractional executive leadership services and is based in Lehi.

2/4/2025 HeroDevs LLC acquired Xeol, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. HeroDevs develops open-source software to offer web development services and is based in Sandy.

2/5/2025 Alsco Uniforms Inc. acquired MacIntosh Linen and Uniform Services. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Alsco offers linen and uniform rental services and is based in Salt Lake City.

2/5/2025 Appfire Technologies, LLC acquired Flow, an enterprise software product for Software Engineering Intelligence (SEI), from Pluralsight, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Pluralsight develops and operates a cloud-based technology skills platform and is based in Draper.

2/10/2025 Cotiviti, Inc. agreed to acquire Edifecs, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Cotiviti designs and develops healthcare analytics, measurement, and reporting software and is based in South Jordan. Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP is serving as legal advisor to Cotiviti.

2/12/2025 CaseWorthy, Inc. acquired Eccovia Solutions Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Eccovia operates as a software and services company that provides case management and data analytics solutions to health and human services providers and is based in Salt Lake City. CaseWorthy designs and develops case management and data analytics solutions for social and human services providers and is based in Salt Lake City. Paul Hastings LLP served as legal advisor to CaseWorthy.

2/13/2025 Mobility Market Intelligence acquired MonitorBase. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Mobility provides software-as-a-service-based data intelligence, analytics, and sales enablement tools to the mortgage and real estate industry and is based in Cottonwood Heights. MonitorBase is a borrower monitoring and predictive analytics platform and is based in Murray.

2/18/2025 Trucordia acquired Boater's Insurance Agency, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Trucordia operates as an insurance brokerage providing commercial, employee benefits, personal lines, Medicare, and specialty insurance services across multiple industries and is based in Lehi.

2/24/2025 Pogo Pass, LLC acquired GetOutPass LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. GetOutPass develops and operates a platform offering subscription-based passes to a variety of participating venues and is based in Provo. Pogo Pass, based in American Fork, offers annual memberships administered via mobile apps to a variety of local, family-oriented venues including sports stadiums, zoos, museums, water parks, and more.

2/24/2025 VITALITY acquired Utility Insource. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. VITALITY develops a utility billing and building management software platform and is based in Murray.

2/25/2025 USS HardTech, LLC, a controlled affiliate of LongRange Capital, L.P., agreed to acquire all of the equity interests in US Synthetic Corporation from ChampionX Corporation (NasdaqGS:CHX) for $300.0 million. US Synthetic manufactures polycrystalline diamond cutters and bearings for oil and gas exploration and development projects and is based in Orem.

2/25/2025 CHG Healthcare Services, Inc. acquired CareerMD, Inc. CHG provides healthcare staffing and recruiting services, including locum tenens services, and is based in Midvale.

M&A - Financial

2/23/2025 Apollo Global Management, Inc. (NYSE:APO) agreed to acquire Bridge Investment Group Holdings Inc. (NYSE:BRDG) for $1.3 billion. Bridge is an alternative investment manager diversified across specialized asset classes and is based in Salt Lake City. Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP and Latham & Watkins LLP are serving as legal advisors to Bridge.

Private Placements

2/3/2025 Lula Smarter Property Maintenance, Inc. announced that it has received $28.0 million in a round of funding led by new investor PeakSpan Capital, LLC with participation from existing investor RETV Management LLC. RETV is a venture capital firm based in Park City.

2/3/2025 Affineon Health Inc. announced that it has received $5.0 million in a round of funding led by Green Park & Golf Ventures LLC with participation from AI Ventures Management, LLC, Deepwater Asset Management, LLC, Signal Peak Ventures, and other investors. Signal Peak is a private equity and venture capital firm based in Salt Lake City.

2/4/2025 Via 313 Pizzeria announced that it has received $32.5 million in a round of funding led by Asilia Investments, LLC and Brightwood Capital Advisors, LLC with participation from Savory Fund. Asilia is a principal investment firm based in Salt Lake City. Savory is a private equity firm based in Lehi.

2/5/2025 Little Otter, Inc. announced that it has received $9.5 million in a round of funding that included participation from Pivotal Ventures LLC, Next Legacy Management, LLC, Gratitude Railroad, Fiore Ventures, and other investors. Gratitude is a private equity and venture capital firm based in Park City.

2/5/2025 Enable My Child, Ltd., dba HelloHero, announced that it has received a multi-million dollar round of funding that included participation from new investor Decathlon Capital Partners, LLC. Decathlon is a venture capital firm based in Park City.

2/7/2025 Vutility, Inc. announced that it will receive $12.2 million in funding. As of 2/11/2025, the company received $11.5 million in its first tranche from 11 investors. Vutility manufactures real-time energy monitoring solutions that track energy usage and drive cost savings and is based in West Jordan.

2/20/2025 SmartSuite Holdings, Inc. announced that it has raised $13.0 million in a round of funding led by new investor CenterHarbor Canapi Ventures Investment Advisor LLC with participation from new investors Sorenson Capital and High Alpha, Inc. Sorenson is a private equity and venture capital firm based in Lehi.

2/25/2025 SINTX Technologies, Inc. (NasdaqCM:SINT) announced it has completed a $5.0 million private placement with institutional and accredited investors. SINTX is an advanced ceramics company that develops and commercializes materials, components, and technologies for medical and technical applications and is based in Salt Lake City.

2/25/2025 Dreadnode Inc. announced that it has received $14.0 million in a round of funding led by new investor Decibel Ventures with participation from new investors Next Frontier Capital, In-Q-Tel, Inc., Sands Capital Ventures, LLC, and Indie.vc. Dreadnode develops and provides AI-based tools for offensive security teams, researchers, and model developers and is based in Herriman. Indie.vc is a principal investment firm based in Salt Lake City.

2/26/2025 Extra Space Storage LP announced that it will receive $16.4 million in funding from a single investor. Extra Space manages, develops, sells, and rents self-storage facilities and is based in Salt Lake City.

2/26/2025 Subscript, Inc. announced that it has received $15.0 million in a round of funding led by new investor Pelion, Inc. with participation from returning investors First Round Capital Management, LLC, Kapor Capital, Forum Ventures, LLC, and Fresco Capital. Pelion is a venture capital firm based in Salt Lake City.
