5/11/2020 Phoenix Logistics, Inc. acquired Riptide Software, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Phoenix Logistics provides system development and life cycle management of integrated data transmission and interconnect solutions to the military and aerospace market and is based in Mesa.
5/18/2020 FreeFall Aerospace and ED2 Corporation have formed FreeFall 5G to focus on revolutionary connectivity solutions for the 5G world. Both organizations are bringing experienced and dedicated personnel to the FreeFall 5G team, backed up by world-class experts in antenna design and modeling, electrical engineering, and RF systems. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. ED2 designs and manufactures marine radio wireless devices and solutions and is based in Tucson. FreeFall develops technology for inflatable spherical reflectors for satellite communications and remote sensing and is based in Tucson.
5/19/2020 Lazydays Holdings, Inc. (NasdaqCM:LAZY) acquired Desert Autoplex RV. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Desert Autoplex offers recreational vehicles dealership services and is based in Mesa.
5/21/2020 Town of Queen Creek agreed to acquire Diversified Water Utilities, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Diversified Water Utilities provides water distribution services and is based in Phoenix.
5/29/2020 Cerberus Cyber Sentinel Corporation agreed to acquire Technologyville, Inc. Cerberus operates as a cybersecurity consulting company and is based in Scottsdale. Gray Reed & McGraw, P.C. is serving as legal advisor to Cerberus.

5/13/2020 Eberhart Capital, LLC acquired The Equipment Source, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Eberhart Capital is a private equity firm based in Scottsdale.

5/20/2020 Panasonic Corporation (TSE:6752) agreed to acquire a 20% stake in Blue Yonder Group, Inc. Panasonic will invest $800 million. Blue Yonder (formerly JDA Software Group) is a supply-chain software provider based in Scottsdale. Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP is serving as legal advisor to Blue Yonder.
5/26/2020 Premier Inc. (NASDAQ: PINC) and 15 leading health systems including Banner Health acquired a minority stake in Prestige Ameritech, Ltd., a manufacturer of surgical masks and other disposable medical products based in Texas. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Banner Health is a Phoenix-based nonprofit health care organization that owns and operates acute-care hospitals and other services in Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Nebraska, Nevada, and Wyoming.
5/27/2020 Prenda announced that it has received $6.1 million in funding from 13 investors. Prenda operates micro schools of small groups of kids that meet in a home, office, or studio in Arizona and is based in Mesa.
5/27/2020 Smartrent.com, Inc. announced that it has raised $60.0 million in a round of funding from Spark Capital Partners, LLC and other investors. Smartrent.com is an enterprise home automation company that develops software and hardware to help owners, property managers, and renters in multifamily communities and is based in Scottsdale.
5/27/2020 Paradox, Inc. announced that it has received $40.0 million in funding from Brighton Park Capital Management, L.P. and one other investor. Paradox develops an assistive intelligence platform that transforms the global talent acquisition and candidate experience and is based in Scottsdale.
