Global Water is a water resource management company that owns, operates, and manages regulated water, wastewater, and recycled water utilities and is based in Phoenix.

12/1/2020 Microdiamant AG agreed to acquire Eminess Technologies Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Eminess manufactures consumable polishing products for precision surface technologies industries and is based in Scottsdale.

12/2/2020 Plasma-Therm, LLC, acquired the Dry Process Equipment Business from OEM Group, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. OEM Group manufactures and sells semiconductor capital equipment and is based in Gilbert.

12/3/2020 Royal Paper Converting, Inc. acquired Sun Paper Company, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Royal Paper Converting manufactures and distributes consumer, commercial, and industrial paper products and is based in Phoenix.

12/7/2020 NortonLifeLock Inc. (NasdaqGS:NLOK) agreed to acquire Avira Holding GmbH & Co. KG for $435.8 million. NortonLifeLock provides cyber safety solutions for consumers worldwide and is based in Tempe.

12/7/2020 CompuGroup Medical Inc. acquired all the outstanding shares of Schuyler House Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. CompuGroup provides software and communications solutions that assist doctors, hospitals, community health facilities, dentists, pharmacists, health insurers and other service providers with workflow, diagnosis, and therapy worldwide and its US operations are based in Phoenix. Jennings Strouss & Salmon PLC served as legal advisor to CompuGroup.

12/16/2020 Car Wash Partners, Inc., dba Mister Car Wash, acquired Avatar Car Wash & Detail. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Mister Car Wash operates a chain of car wash and lube centers in the United States and is based in Tucson.

12/1/2020 Microchip Technology Inc. (NasdaqGS:MCHP) announced a private placement of 0.125% convertible senior subordinated notes due 2024 for gross proceeds of $665.5 million. Microchip develops, manufactures, and sells semiconductor products for various embedded control applications and is based in Chandler.

12/10/2020 Aira, Inc. announced that it has received a round of funding from Motherson Innovations. Aira provides wireless charging devices and is based in Chandler.

12/13/2020 McLaren Racing Limited announced that it will receive an equity round of funding from UBS O’Connor LLC and new investors MSP Sports Capital, and its limited partners, and Najafi Companies. Najafi is a private equity firm based in Phoenix.

12/16/2020 SnapNurse, Inc. announced that it has received a $15.0 million growth equity investment from Pivotal Group. Pivotal is a private equity firm based in Phoenix.

12/16/2020 Intraedge, Inc. announced that it has received funding from new investor Intel Capital. Intraedge offers digital and cloud transformation, agile transformation, analytics and IoT, cyber security, training, and product development services and is based in Chandler.

12/21/2020 Whiskey Row Denver, LLC, announced that it will receive $18.3 million in funding. As of January 5, 2021, the company received $7.0 million in its first tranche from 65 investors. Whiskey Row owns and operates restaurants and is based in Scottsdale.
