11/1/2022 WorkWave LLC acquired TaskEasy, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. TaskEasy operates a Software-as-a-Service platform that provides property owners with access to contractors offering lawn mowing, snow removal, pool cleaning, and other home and property maintenance services and is based in Salt Lake City.

11/1/2022 Myriad Genetics, Inc. (NasdaqGS:MYGN) acquired Gateway Genomics, LLC for $107.5 million. Myriad is a genetic testing and precision medicine company that develops and commercializes genetic tests in the U.S. and internationally and is based in Salt Lake City.

11/1/2022 GNCo, Inc. acquired Intermountain Lift Truck, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Intermountain engages in the sales and rental of lift trucks, diesel truck repair, aerial equipment rentals, and commercial door service and is based in Salt Lake City.

11/1/2022 Westwood Tech Group acquired Sentant Networks LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Westwood provides IT managed services and is based in South Jordan, Utah.

11/8/2022 M-Plus Global Events acquired IME Connect LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. M-Plus provides advisory services to event management companies that will help drive business results and is based in Salt Lake City.

11/8/2022 Guest-tek Interactive Entertainment Ltd. acquired Event Conferencing Services Ltd. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Event provides temporary IP networks for large scale corporate events, conferences, and exhibitions and is based in Sandy.

11/14/2022 Creditntell.com, Inc. acquired MTN Retail Advisors LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. MTN provides market insights to retailers, municipalities, developers, and real estate investors to maximize profitability, minimize risk, and grow their businesses and is based in Murray.

11/17/2022 RedAwning.com, Inc. acquired Lexicon Travel Technologies, Inc. Lexicon develops and provides technology solutions for distribution and revenue management for independent hotels, vacation rental properties, timeshares, and resort property managers and is based in Park City.

11/22/2022 Larry H. Miller Group of Companies acquired an unknown majority stake in Swig. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Swig offers customized drinks and treats and is based in Pleasant Grove. Larry H. Miller, through its subsidiaries, engages in automotive dealerships, sports and entertainment, finance and insurance, real estate, and philanthropy businesses and is based in Sandy. Mayer Brown LLP served as legal advisor to Swig.

11/28/2022 USANA Health Sciences, Inc. (NYSE:USNA) acquired Rise Bar and Oola Global, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. USANA develops, manufactures, and sells science-based nutritional and personal care products and is based in Salt Lake City.

11/29/2022 One Source Communications, LLC acquired SUMO Communications, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. SUMO is an independent telecom agent that helps companies identify vendors and solutions to fulfill their telecom needs, particularly related to data centers and cloud-based infrastructure, and is based in Centerville.

11/29/2022 Novacap Investments, Inc. agreed to acquire All West Communications, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. All West provides telecommunication, Internet access, digital cable television, and cellular services and is based in Kamas. Blackburn & Stoll, LC is serving as legal advisor to All West.

11/1/2022 Plugzio announced that it has received funding from RETV Management LLC. RETV is a venture capital firm based in Park City.

11/1/2022 Klover Holdings, Inc. announced that it has received $25.0 million in a round of funding led by Mercato Partners, LLC with participation from Silicon Valley Bank, Core Innovation Capital LLC, and other investors. Mercato is a private equity and venture capital firm based in Cottonwood Heights.

11/8/2022 Manscaped, LLC announced that it has received funds in a round of funding from Banner Ventures Management, LLC and Smash Ventures Management Company LP. Banner is a private equity and venture capital firm based in Lehi.

11/14/2022 Curavit Clinical Research Corporation announced that it has raised $5.0 million in a round of funding led by Osage Partners LLC with participation from Royal Street Ventures and Narrow Gauge Venture Syndicate. Royal is a venture capital and private equity firm based in Park City.

11/16/2022 boostsecurity.io Inc. announced that it has received $12.0 million in a round of funding led by Sorenson Capital with participation from Transform VC, Hoxton Ventures LLP, Golden Venture Partners, Inc., and Firebolt Ventures. Sorenson is a private equity and venture capital firm based in Lehi.

11/17/2022 Luz Data, Inc. announced that it has received $8.5 million in a round of funding led by Tandem Ventures with participation from RevRoad, University Growth Fund, Peterson Partners LP, Album VC, and other investors. Luz develops a competitor intelligence platform and is based in Salt Lake City. RevRoad is a venture capital firm based in Provo. University is an education-based private equity fund based in Salt Lake City. Peterson is a private equity and venture capital firm based in Salt Lake City. Album is a venture capital firm based in Lehi.

11/22/2022 SponsorCX, Inc. announced that it has raised an equity round of funding led by Blueprint Equity, LLC. SponsorCX develops sponsorship management software that helps property managers to manage all their sponsorships and maintain collaboration with their partners and is based in American Fork.

11/27/2022 Sight Machine Inc. announced that it has received a round of funding from new investor Sorenson Capital. Sorenson is a private equity and venture capital firm based in Lehi.

11/28/2022 Expeto Wireless Inc. announced that it has received a round of funding that included participation from Sorenson Capital. Sorenson is a private equity and venture capital firm based in Lehi.
