7/8/2024 Troon Golf, LLC acquired Hele LLC, dba CaddieNow. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Troon operates as a golf and club management, development, and marketing company and is based in Scottsdale.

7/16/2024 Monetary Metals & Co. announced that it has received $5.6 million in a round of funding that included participation from new investor Sound Money Capital AG. Monetary operates an online gold yield marketplace and is based in Scottsdale.
7/22/2024 Fullbay, Inc. announced that it has received a round of funding that included participation from new investor JMI Management, L.P. and returning investor Mainsail Management Company, LLC. Fullbay develops and offers cloud-based shop management software for heavy-duty repair shops and is based in Phoenix.
7/24/2024 Astranis Space Technologies Corp. announced that it has received $200.0 million in its Series D round of funding co-led by existing investor Andreessen Horowitz LLC and new investor BAM Elevate Manager, LLC with participation from Friends & Family Capital Management, LLC, Metaplanet Holdings OÜ, Trinity Capital Inc., and other investors. Trinity is a venture capital firm specializing in venture debt and is based in Phoenix.
7/24/2024 UCPM Environmental Insurance, Inc. announced that it has received a round of funding that included participation from new investor Bregal Sagemount. UCPM operates as an environmental specialty insurance wholesaler and is based in Gilbert.
