6/4/2024 Les Schwab Tire Centers of Oregon, LLC acquired CMC Tires, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. CMC distributes tires and offers automotive service and is based in St. George.

6/6/2024 OneDigital Investment Advisors, LLC acquired Zions Enterprise Retirement Solutions (ERS) from Zions Bancorporation, N.A. (NasdaqGS:ZION). The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. ERS was formed in 2005 by Zions and provides services to employers sponsoring workplace retirement savings plans throughout Texas, Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, Utah, Washington and California. Zions Bancorporation is a Salt Lake City-based financial services company with total assets of approximately $87 billion operating under local management teams and distinct brands in 11 western states.

6/6/2024 Sirion acquired Eigen Technologies, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Sirion develops and provides SaaS-based AI-native contract lifecycle management platform solutions for customers and is based in Lehi.

6/6/2024 Health Catalyst, Inc. (NasdaqGS:HCAT) acquired Carevive Systems, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Health Catalyst provides data and analytics technology and services to healthcare organizations and is based in South Jordan.

6/6/2024 ALKEME acquired InsurePro. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. InsurePro operates as an insurance agency that offers its services to personal and commercial clients and is based in Draper.

6/11/2024 Huge Brands acquired TLJ Marketing & Sales, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Huge Brands specializes in creative design, brand building, international sourcing, in-house screen printing, embroidery, bar coding, and private labeling services and is based in Salt Lake City.

6/14/2024 UpSwell, LLC acquired Digital Print Marketing, Inc., dba Dental Marketing. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Dental provides direct mail and related marketing services tailored specifically for dental practices nationwide and is based in Heber City.

6/18/2024 Fullcast, Inc. acquired Datajoin, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Datajoin provides a no-code, automated solution for integrating first-party sales and marketing data from application to application and is based in Orem.

6/19/2024 Corpay, Inc. (NYSE:CPAY) agreed to acquire GPS Capital Markets, LLC for $725.0 million. GPS provides business-to-business cross-border and treasury management solutions to upper middle market companies and is based in South Jordan.

6/20/2024 Entrata, Inc. acquired Colleen AI Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Entrata develops a property management software and is based in Lehi. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati served as legal advisor to Entrata.

6/20/2024 Misawa Homes America, Inc. acquired 51% stake in Visionary Homes. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Visionary provides home building services and is based in Logan.

6/21/2024 Cascade Collision Repair acquired Lone Peak Collision Repair. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Lone Peak provides collision and auto body repair services and is based in Midvale. Cascade offers vehicle repair and maintenance services and is based in Lehi.

6/24/2024 PCF Insurance Services of the West, LLC acquired The Sinnott Agency, Inc. In related transactions PCF acquired Ignitist Inc., The Brady Agency, and Roseberry Insurance Agency. The terms of the transactions were not disclosed. PCF operates as an insurance brokerage company and is based in Lehi.

6/26/2024 Any Hour, LLC acquired McQuillan Home Services LLC and Divine Electric Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Any Hour provides heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, and electrical services to residential customers and is based in Orem.

6/27/2024 Greenix Pest Control acquired four branches of Insight Pest Solutions, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Greenix is a provider of environmentally friendly pest control and animal management and is based in Orem.

6/27/2024 ClientSuccess, Inc. acquired Baton Technologies, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Based in Lehi, ClientSuccess is a customer success platform that empowers mid-market and SMB B2B SaaS companies to proactively manage the customer journey, measure customer health, and maximize retention and growth.

6/3/2024 Bestige Holdings, LLC acquired Pet Medic. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Bestige is a private equity and venture capital firm based in Park City. Winston & Strawn LLP served as legal advisor to Bestige.

6/4/2024 BankTech Ventures, LP announced its recent investments in three bank-enabling technology companies: Equabli, Filejet, and Signal Financial Technologies Inc., dba Monit. BankTech is a strategic investment fund based in Sandy.

6/5/2024 Medreppro LLC announced that it has raised a round of funding led by new investors Aries Capital Partners and Swell Collective Management, LLC with participation from new investor Broadhaven Capital Partners, LLC and others. Medreppro engages in the sales of new and preowned medical aesthetic devices and is based in Park City. Aries is a private equity firm based in Salt Lake City. Swell is a principal investment firm based in Holladay.

6/5/2024 Cartwheel Inc. announced that it has raised $5.6 million in a round of funding led by Accel Partners with participation from Pelion, Inc., Khosla Ventures, LLC, and others. Pelion is a venture capital firm based in Salt Lake City.

6/6/2024 Soltis Investment Advisors, LLC announced that it has entered into an agreement with Estancia Capital Management, LLC and LLR Partners, Inc. for an investment to help support the firm’s next phase of growth. Soltis is an SEC-registered investment advisory firm based in St. George. Alston & Bird LLP served as legal advisor to Soltis.

6/6/2024 Rising Team, Inc. announced that it has received $8.0 million in a round of funding led by new investor Zeal Capital Limited with participation from Peterson Partners, LLC, Roble Ventures, Female Founders Fund, L.P., a fund managed by FFF Management Co., LLC, Burst Capital, LLC, and Supernode Ventures. Peterson is a private equity and venture capital firm based in Salt Lake City.

6/11/2024 ParityGo, Inc. announced that it has received $19.0 million in a round of funding that included participation from new investor Idealist Capital Inc. and returning investors Arctern Global Inc., Wyse Meter Solutions Inc., and RETV Management LLC. RETV is a venture capital firm based in Park City.

6/14/2024 Limble Solutions, Inc. announced that it will receive $20.5 million in funding. As of 6/24/2024, the company received $20.4 million in its first tranche from 13 investors. Limble designs and develops a professional maintenance management platform and is based in Lehi.

6/17/2024 After Services, Inc. announced that it will receive $10.0 million in its Series A round of funding from HIPstr, the early-stage investment arm of HighPost Capital, LLC, and other investors. After.com is an online platform that helps families navigate end-of-life services and is based in Provo.

6/18/2024 SewerAI Corporation announced that it has raised $15.0 million in a round of funding led by Innovius Capital Management, LLC with participation from Suffolk Ventures, Emerald Technology Ventures AG, EPIC Ventures, and others. EPIC is a private equity and venture capital firm based in Salt Lake City.

6/18/2024 Legato Security Partners, Inc. announced that it has received a round of funding led by Level Structured Capital and SageLink Capital. Legato is a managed security service provider dedicated to protecting organizations from cyber threats and is based in Salt Lake City. SageLink is a private equity firm based in Lehi.

6/24/2024 D2 Pharma Consulting, LLC announced that it has received a round of funding from Decathlon Capital Partners, LLC, a venture capital firm based in Park City.

6/25/2024 Route App, Inc. announced that it has received $40.0 million in its Series C funding round led by Hanaco Venture Capital Ltd. with participation from Jaws Ventures, Inc., Granger Management LLC, and Madrona Venture Group, LLC. The round has been raised at a post money valuation of $1.4 billion. Based in Lehi, Route protects brands and their customers with licensed shipping insurance, fast issue resolution, package tracking, carbon neutral shipping, and remarketing.

6/27/2024 Barn2Door, Inc. announced that it has raised a round of funding that included participation from new investor Decathlon Capital Partners, LLC, a venture capital firm based in Park City.

6/28/2024 ZeroEyes, Inc. announced that it has received $53.0 million in a round of funding led by Sorenson Capital with participation from BroadLight Capital Management, LLC, Intel Capital Corporation, and other investors. Sorenson is a private equity and venture capital firm based in Lehi.
