2/1/2021 Millennia Patient Services, LLC acquired CaptureNet. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. CaptureNet develops and provides self-pay management software for hospitals and is based in Scottsdale.

2/1/2021 Knight-Swift Transportation Holdings Inc. (NYSE:KNX) acquired an unknown majority stake in Eleos Technologies, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Knight-Swift, together with its subsidiaries, provides truckload transportation services in the United States, Mexico, and Canada and is based in Phoenix.

2/2/2021 Goodyear BP Owner, LLC acquired a site located in a qualified opportunity zone near the Goodyear Ballpark, which recently announced the formal groundbreaking of Solace at Ballpark Village, a multi-family development with a projected opening date of August, 2022. The project is being developed by a partnership of Sub4 Development and Jackson Dearborn Partners (JDP) and was capitalized through a syndicated Qualified Opportunity Fund managed by JDP. Jennings, Strouss & Salmon, P.L.C. served as legal advisor to Goodyear BP Owner.

2/2/2021 E2ip Technologies Inc. acquired Serious Integrated, Inc. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Serious provides graphic/touch front panel modules and related software and tools for developing and deploying graphic/touch user interfaces and is based in Chandler.

2/2/2021 American Southern Homes, LLC acquired the homebuilding assets of Dorn Homes, Inc. and its affiliates. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Dorn operates as a home building company and is based in Prescott.

2/2/2021 Mohawk Group Holdings, Inc. (NasdaqCM:MWK) acquired the assets of Healing Solutions, LLC for $50.8 million. Healing Solutions is an online seller of essential oils and is based in Phoenix.

2/2/2021 Sontiq, Inc. agreed to acquire CyberScout, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. CyberScout develops and provides identity management and data risk management solutions and services for businesses and consumers and is based in Scottsdale.

2/3/2021 Cart.com, Inc. acquired Cheap Cheap Moving Boxes, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Cheap Cheap offers moving boxes and supplies, including moving blankets and pads, moving kits, and specialty boxes and is based in Phoenix.

2/4/2021 Ettain Group Inc. acquired INT Technologies, LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. INT offers customer-focused technology staffing for a wide variety of clients and is based in Mesa.

2/8/2021 AdviNOW Medical acquired Sonospine LLC. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Sonospine provides ultrasonic spine surgery treatment and is based in Phoenix. AdviNOW provides artificial intelligence solutions to the healthcare sector and is based in Scottsdale.

2/10/2021 Equine Network LLC acquired Spalding Laboratories. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Equine provides horse-related services online and is based in Phoenix.

2/10/2021 Digital Air Strike Company acquired the assets of LotVantage LLC. In a separate transaction, Digital Air Strike acquired BestRide.com from Gannett Co., Inc. (NYSE:GCI). The terms of the transactions were not disclosed. LotVantage designs and develops digital marketing SaaS solutions for dealerships, distributors, and manufacturers and is based in Scottsdale. Digital Air Strike provides social media marketing and reputation management solutions for auto dealers and is based in Scottsdale.

2/12/2021 Cable One, Inc. (NYSE:CABO) agreed to acquire the remaining 85% stake in Hargray Communications Group, Inc. The transaction implies a $2.2 billion total enterprise value for 100% of the equity interests of Hargray on a debt-free and cash-free basis. Cable One provides data, video, and voice services and is based in Phoenix. Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP and Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell LLP are serving as legal advisors to Cable One.

2/16/2021 Exact Sciences Corp. (NasdaqCM:EXAS) agreed to acquire Ashion Analytics, LLC from The Translational Genomics Research Institute (TGen) for approximately $141.5 million. Ashion is a CLIA-certified and CAP-accredited sequencing lab and is based in Phoenix. TGen, an affiliate of City of Hope cancer center, is a nonprofit biomedical research institute dedicated to rapidly translating genomic discoveries into better diagnostics and treatments for disease and is based in Phoenix. Jennings, Strouss & Salmon, P.L.C. is serving as legal advisor to TGen and Ashion.

2/16/2021 Western Alliance Equipment Finance, Inc. agreed to acquire Aris Mortgage Holding Company, LLC for $1.0 billion. Western Alliance provides capital markets solutions in equipment financing for industries and sectors, including healthcare, technology, manufacturing, software services, energy management, construction, transportation and more and is based in Phoenix. Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders LLP is serving as legal advisor to Western Alliance.

2/17/2021 StandardAero, Inc. agreed to acquire the engine repair and overhaul (ERO) business of Signature Aviation plc (LSE:SIG) for $230.0 million. StandardAero offers maintenance, repair, and overhaul services to the aerospace industry and is based in Scottsdale.

2/25/2021 Global Water Resources, Inc. (NasdaqGM:GWRS) agreed to acquire Twin Hawks Utility, Inc. In a related transaction, Global Water agreed to acquire Rincon Water Company. The terms of the transactions were not disclosed. Global Water is a water resource management company that owns, operates, and manages regulated water, wastewater, and recycled water utilities and is based in Phoenix. Twin Hawks provides water utilities services to an airpark and is based in Tucson. Rincon operates as a water utility company and is based in Sahuarita.

2/25/2021 Nutex Health LLC acquired Gilbert Hospital LLC for $10.5 million. Gilbert Hospital is a hospital that provides healthcare and diagnostic services and is based in Gilbert.

2/8/2021 Sleeping Bear Capital, LLC acquired Venice Longboards. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Venice Longboards manufactures and sells skateboards and is based in Scottsdale.

Private Placements

2/3/2021 ISA Industries, Inc. announced that it will receive $11.1 million in funding. As of February 18, 2021, the company received $10.0 million in its first tranche from 2 investors. ISA develops energy solutions for private and public sectors and is based in Phoenix.

2/9/2021 Jackpocket, Inc. announced that it has received $50.0 million in a round of funding from Raine Ventures LLC, Greenspring Associates, Inc., BRV Capital Management, Circle K Stores Inc., TEGNA Inc. (NYSE:TGNA), and other investors. Tempe-based Circle K owns and operates convenience stores and gas stations and is a subsidiary of Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc., a Canadian multinational operator of convenience stores.

2/11/2021 Q'Apel Medical, LLC received $22.0 million in a round of funding from Research Corporation Technologies, River Cities Capital, and other investors. Research Corporation Technologies is a venture capital firm based in Tucson.

2/11/2021 Good Earth Power AZ LLC announced that it has received $50.0 million in a round of funding led by Lateral Investment Management LLC. Good Earth Power offers forest restoration services and is based in Mesa.

2/16/2021 ZombieBox International, Inc. announced that it has received a Series A investment of $0.4 million from new investor DWP Capital. ZombieBox designs and manufactures portable noise control systems for generators, compressors, industrial equipment, electronic, medical and laboratory equipment and is based in Gilbert. DWP is a venture capital firm based in Scottsdale.

2/17/2021 Kaizen Collision Center, Inc. announced that it has received a round of funding from LNC Partners. Kaizen provides auto repair services to individuals, insurance partners, and fleet companies and is based in Yuma.

3/1/2021 The Alkaline Water Company Inc. (NasdaqCM:WTER) completed a private placement for gross proceeds of $10.0 million. The Alkaline Water Company produces, distributes, and markets bottled alkaline water and is based in Scottsdale.
